If you are looking for someone who does what they say when they say they will do it, I suggest you find another glass company. if you are looking for someone that does a reliable job who takes care of the production find another company. If you are looking for a company that gets the order right. Again, not Kennesaw glass I took them a window frame 2 weeks ago for a replacement pane. the glass was manufactured too small for the frame. they promised to expedite the replacement glass and it took longer than the original job. I spoke with them Tuesday and they said the order was to be delivered yesterday and they would get to it first thing today and have it ready early afternoon. I called to check 6 hours after opening and they told me that they hadn't done anything and it would be tomorrow. I had to beg them to get it back as I needed to install the window frame today as I am leaving town for the weekend. they rushed it alright and it shows. the frame is missing pieces around the glaze and the weather strip is hanging half off the bottom. it add insult to injury the glass is the wrong tint and is an eyesore mismatch on my house. I ask them to make good on it and the owner offered y$25. off a +$200. job. The owner told me personally that he doesn't care about reviewa. I hope you do now! read more

I have been calling at least every other month but Mr. Tim keeps on telling me he has no one to cut the glas. A whole year??? I know am not a fool and know exactly what going on. Wow, I am so incredibly impressed by this business. I worked with Chuck from day one, and I am very happy with his professionalism! I called and ordered four very unique cuts of glass after receiving a quote via email (they only took 10 hours to send me a quote and I requested it on a Sunday night). On Tuesday afternoon I placed my order and by Thursday they were done. On Friday when I returned home from work (I travel for a living) I immediately left to pick them up. I called at 4 with just under an hour travel time left and I was told by a young lady to take my time. After some traffic I called back to see if I could make arrangements to pick up the glass outside so I didn't hold them up. Chuck told me not to worry that he would be more than happy to wait until I could arrive. Finally I got there and was greeted warmly with my glass waiting. Perfectly cut to some strange measurements I might add. What they didn't know is that this glass was for a very sentimental project that was started by my mom almost 20 years ago... I went there to get a piece of glass for one of my garage doors which I broke due to my stupidity. The pane of glass was about 9 1/2" X 37". I walked into the office with my Vietnam Veteran's hat on and I explained what I needed to the gentleman. He said have a seat and we'll have it for you shortly. I hadn't been seated more than 10 minutes and another gentleman came into the office with my glass. I reached for my wallet and much to my pleasant surprise they both said "No charge, you've already paid with your service" wow! I was floored and what a nice gesture. Not recommended. I did my research and came across Kennesaw Glass & Mirror ("KGM") with decent reviews. Next, I reached out to the company for a quote and they readily provided one (under market value too). Next, they sent out an employee to measure our shower door/side glass panel in order to provide a final estimate. Apparently, when the employee showed up, he butted heads with our GC and refused to use a bracket that would have completed our project. Instead, the employee staunchly opposed our GC's instruction and stated he couldn't do the job. Mind you, he could have used another highly-rated bracket that would have achieved our desired look. However, the employee retorted, "I have been doing this for thirty-six years and I know a thing or two." My GC reminded him that he too had been in the remodeling business for just as long and had seen hundreds of brackets used. Nevertheless, the employee refused to do the job or evolve his practices. Following the failed final measuring, I contacted KGM and informed the secretary of her employee's behavior to which she did not sound surprised. I was transferred to another employee that scheduled another time for another employee to come out and measure as we both concluded that another person could reach a different solution and mount the glass as desired. We waited five days for another employee to come to our house to measure. No phone call. No text message. No contact at all. KGM completely ghosted us (likely because their initial quote was too low). I don't know about you, but clear communication is imperative for in-home repairs and renovations. It was our experience that KGM did not hold up their obligations and we will not proceed with their services. We have contacted another company, First Glass, Inc., and have been very pleased. The difference between the companies has been night and day. read more

Horrible, horrible, horrible how we were treated today by Mary first, and then Chuck. They've had our glass since 9/9, they are telling us each week that "it should be ready this week." Today was the scheduled pickup day today, so we called to confirm before we headed over. Mary proceeded to speak so INCREDIBLY RUDELY to me about how they are "short staffed and we have no one to cut the glass! I can't cut the glass so I don't know what you want me to say!" She went on and on, it was insane. She wouldn't let me speak hardly at all so I finally, calmly said, "please just have the 4 pieces ready for pickup and I will have them picked up." When I sent my guy to pickup, Mary scowled at him, didn't apologize, her and employee Chuck were rude and we were treated like WE did something wrong. So, now adding insult to injury: Our framed picture for our client is soaking wet and the frame is broken. We have the pictures before we dropped it off, CLEARLY showing there was no damage to the frame and no water damage. They denied they were responsible for this. Integrity matters in all things but particularly in business. This is NOT the level of business representation that our great city of Acworth deserves. I would love to speak to the owner. read more

What I got was an attitude that he had done thousands of these doors. The system I was using was frameless shower doors from Florida.. This is a top of the line system.. Soooo here is what I got. A door almost touching the pivot side of glass with a huge gap. On other side. Chucks wisdom and arrogance has now put me in the position of drilling holes in the correct place to take the stress off the glass door an PROPERLY resetting the door.. To make Chuck happy, he shoved the glass as far and tight as he could,,ie tight one side huge gap other side in pivot.. thanks for charging me $400 to move the glass inside the bathroom... if you want average and below go here.. read more

I ordered glass for a shelf. I called and got an estimate for the size I needed. I asked them to go ahead and cut the glass. I went to pick up the glass and was told there is a minimum charge, so the charge was substantially higher then I was quoted over the phone. I get the glass home and it was not cut to the measurement requested. They sanded the glass down to the size requested (and that they wrote on the order), taking a couple of additional days. read more
