I contacted the salon with photos taken on the same day (before washing my hair at all), and then a few days after a wash yet was blamed for "products used at home," despite photos proving otherwise and only using shampoo without sulfates. The gloss they had put in was clearly over-processed, and the keratin compromised the quality of my hair. I asked for a refund or resolution and was refused a refund outright. Accountability was lacking, and the issue was deflected back onto me which I found very unprofessional. If you're a brunette you may be fine, but blondes should proceed with caution.

She could not be more wrong; the reason I don't need that is because everytime I get a pedi (every 3 weeks) skin softener is applied and the bottom of feet filed. DUH! She also did not wrap the polish over front edge of nail, such that there was a white unfinished line across the edge of the nails. Really! There were no warm towels or foot massage. Grossly overpriced for a deficient lousy service. Makes the Brazilian Court look awful!
