The office personnel have always treated me with kindness and Dr. Lari is a vet that has true compassion for the animals that she treats. She also cares about the owner and supports them through their anxieties when the outcome is grave and helps celebrate the joys when the outcome is satisfactory. She is very knowledgeable and a good teacher and will walk you through every step of the care of your animal and will always be available to answer any questions you may have. She has been with me through thick and thin and I don't know what I would have done without her. They used a pet gurney to comfortably get her out the car. They put us in a private room where we could say goodbye to her. It was so much nicer than we expected. The room is not pictured as we weren't thinking about anything but our sweet girl. They partnered with Faithful Companions to conduct the cremation. Today, we picked up our pups remains and just lost it. Faithful companions not only cremated our pup as we requested, they collected a paw print and a locket of her fur. Just so thoughtful.
