As a former vet tech who has worked in several vet clinics, I have to say I'm beyond disappointed…read morewith this place. The receptionist who helped me was nice, but that's the only good thing I can say.... My foster kitten jumped from several feet up while playing and injured his leg. They said I could drop him off and they'd work him in. I dropped off at 9:30 and called at 4:30 because I hadn't gotten an update all day. I was told the doctor hadn't looked at him yet, but would be soon and I'd get a call that evening or early the next morning. At 12:30 the next day, I still hadn't heard anything, so called them again. He STILL hasn't been looked at, more than 24 hours later!! How are they just letting an injured kitten sit there without doing x-rays or some kind of exam?! I have never seen a vet handle an injured pet like this (or any drop off for that matter) in all my years in the field! I am absolutely appalled and shocked that this is the "care" they give! If it were up to me and not the rescue, I'd be taking him elsewhere and never going back there!

The office personnel have always treated me with kindness and Dr. Lari is a vet that has true compassion for the animals that she treats. She is very knowledgeable and a good teacher and will walk you through every step of the care of your animal and will always be available to answer any questions you may have. She has been with me through thick and thin and I don't know what I would have done without her. I would highly recommend this clinic and these vets to anyone who truly care for their animals and want quality treatment for them.

The staff has been amazing and supportive through all of the hospitalizations and thru the final transition. They made me feel like a human and went over all of our options thoroughly. They also did not charge as much as other vet offices. I found them to be very affordable. Especially after over $3k at CvETS. Cailey & Becca have been amazing, specifically. They kept me abreast of everything through the hospitalizations and Dr. Tomilson always called and gave me updates. I couldn't ask for a better staff during such a horrific time. I appreciate all of you so much. You just don't know. I will be bringing all my pets here from now on. They also offer affordable boarding for established patients. They will even give your pet their meds, while you're away. They play with them and love on them too. I know my pets are happy and taken care of by all the staff. Thank you for everything. -Valerie (Gumdrop's mami).

Today, we picked up our pups remains and just lost it. Faithful companions not only cremated our pup as we requested, they collected a paw print and a locket of her fur. Just so thoughtful.
