Elizabeth has a keen sense of detail and artistry when it comes to the face. She has treated me with botox/dysport, cheek filler, lip filler, you name it- I trust her 100% because I've always left her office feeling so beautiful but in a natural, not overdone way. I got my lips and under-eyes done by Kaitlyn and I couldn't be happier! I have a naturally thin top lip that basically disappears when I smile. I wasn't sure how much filler to do, and Kaitlyn suggested a full syringe to plump the top and add a bit to the bottom and even then out. A full syringe was perfect and my lips look natural but so much fuller. I had zero bruising and the swelling was minimal and lasted around 2-3 days. My under-eyes are my favorite part! I suffer from naturally deep set eyes and I always have under eye circles. I couldn't be more thrilled with how they turned out. She did a full syringe of Restalyne Lyft to fill in my tear troughs and it was the perfect amount. I can't believe what a difference it makes in how I look. I love going to Prive for all my aesthetic treatments! I have gone to Devin for LHR several times and she is so fun to talk to and makes you feel so comfortable during your session. I have also done Botox/Dysport with Madison and she is wonderful as well! Listens to what you are wanting and makes suggestions but isn't pushy, which I really appreciate! The overall work was not bad but the customer service is far from great. Staff is eager to leave and they show it (not shy about it) even when you have an appointment you better have your ride pick you up fast if you are the last client because the staff will start whispering and stand there so they show that they are ready to go and you should as well! Is one of this very sorry situations when the staff is just not like when the business was smaller. Also tips are if the client feels the service calls for it but if you don't tip here you will probably be kicked out... and even when the schedule says until 7pm if the staff wants to leave early watch out. Horrified! This would be the second time I came here was for fillers in my cheeks. I had to come back because it was a little un even. But in the end looked great. In meeting the staff I met Ken aka Kenneth George Jr. Mind you this review is mainly for the incompetence of the hair dresser who destroyed my hair and when I say destroyed... I mean patches of hair falling out of my head, scabs, open burn wounds, puss, fried hair. He had to cut of 4 inches because my hair had turn to gum! He lied and told me he knew what he was doing. Assured me he's been doing hair for 19 years. I get my roots done every month religiously for the past 6 years. I know the ins and outs. He over lapped my blonde hair and did not use foil or follow basic hair safety rules. He ended up bleaching my hair 3 times, instead of doing it correctly the first time. I mentioned to him several times what he should do and he turned me down and decided to take "short cuts" which resulted in catastrophe. He couldn't even tone my hair because there was so much chemical damage. I had a shoot to go to and my "filler technician" mocked me after I asked for Botox and was saying. "Oh are you sure you want to get that done? You wouldn't want get bruises all over your face for your shoot." I asked if that usually happens she said no. It was rude and uncalled for. In the end I calmed myself down after having a panic attack and my scalp being is so much pain after he aggressively washed my hair over 4 times. I asked for my money back a day later. Can't believe I paid him in the first place! He should have even taken my money. Get this.. he didn't get a reply and left me on read. I attempted to get in contact with him for a weeks. I called the office and they said that he's an independent worker and that it's up to him to give me my money back. I think this is all extremely unprofessional on both his end and the company. I shouldn't have to physically suffer and ruin hair that was not only expensive but healthy. I could sue and get his license taken away on the photos alone! I can't bleach till February when I got it done in October, in order to grow back healthy hair and not have holes in my head. read more
