I've been a customer with Alchemy 43 for almost 2 years now! Alchemy 43 has provided me with a lot of education regarding benefits of some wellness injections, micro-needling treatments and info on Botox. I never feel pressured into purchasing something or uncomfortable with my services. I find my injectors have been conservative with their approach and always recommending very natural looking solutions for any concerns you may have. I love seeing Nikki and she's been my favorite. My only complaint would be, the Plano location closed down a while ago and it's a little bit of a drive to the Lakewood location. However, it's in a great spot in a lovely shopping plaza and easy to navigate to. The Lakewood location has flexible hours so you can fit in a quick session into your day! read more

So let me start off by saying this, thank goodness I found this place. I am from LA and moving here I was so nervous about finding a place to get Botox. I kept checking salons out and it just didn't feel right. I decided to give Alchemy a call and i realized it was a perfect fit seconds into the conversation. I scheduled by appointment a couple days later. The salon itself is stunning, clean, smells nice, and super relaxing. The staff is so so so sweet. When I walked in the owner of the salon checked me and walked me to my treatment room and introduced Niki to me. Both ladies made me feel welcomed, and comfortable. I discussed what I wanted and before anything they came back with an amazing price and I talked to a teledoc to sign me off on getting botox. Called down here on two separate days to get a price quote for Botox. 40 units. Was quoted both times the same exact price. Pay for 20 units and get 20 free for new clients. They quoted me $290.00. When I arrived they kept trying to tell me stories while asking me to sign agreement at $435.00 instead of the quoted $290.00. When this was questioned by me, then 2 other people tried explaining the difference away. This was an obvious campaign to deceive. Consumer beware! read more

Please, if you ever need an " artist " to do your lip filler or botox, make sure you make an appointment with Bo! I loved the results! She is beyond what I expected and very professional. She took her time and explained each step. She also carefully mapped out my face and was honest about what I needed. She was clear about post-procedure instructions and overall expectations. UPDATE: Customer service goes a long way and I received a call, as promised, promptly today from their practice manager, Karina. Changing my review to 5-stars after they called to apologize for the misunderstandings. Karina was very genuine and sweet. The girls in the office were very sweet and informative when it came to Botox. However, I did get bamboozled when it came to check out. I was told over and over again that I was only paying a set price that day (why I agreed to doing more units and sign up for a membership). I thought it was too good to be true and I should've listened to my gut... because it was. Got home and a few days later, I see another charge hit my credit card. The advertisement hanging in the office is not accurate, which I confirmed with the team before I left, but they should definitely take the flyer down to avoid future confusion. I did still get a really good deal, so I can't complain about the service received (Nikki was great), but the membership and promos are not being explained properly. I would not have signed up for a membership if I was told accurate information. read more

If you are on the fence about getting Botox this place will make you feel extremely at home and comfortable. My daughter and I both got treatment and are very happy with the results. We drove from Rockwall county about 35 min and made a day of it stopping at Trader Joe's. I was going to another local shop to get Botox but nothing was keeping me there. I get my haircut across the street and saw Alchemy 43. I have a complicated medical history with a severe autoimmune disease and a blood clotting disorder. Alchemy 43 took extreme caution and I always appreciate that. I'm on blood thinners and my concern is always bruising. Thankfully, I had no bruising and my Botox was beautiful. I'll definitely be back for more injectables. read more

The actual service and service provider were great. My dysport is great 2 weeks later and the place is beautiful. What I am not happy about is that they require you to book a follow up appointment. I do not have it in me to go to this follow up appointment today and cancelled day of. Well they charge a $75/fee for ANY cancelled appointment less than 24 hrs. I completely understand for a paying service to require this but for a follow up appointment is absurd. read more
