They offer several different services so can meet your needs. I wanted a complete interior and exterior cleaning and detail. This takes most of a day, so don't plan on just waiting. Both times they did a very good job of getting all the dirt removed, everything waxed, and the interior looked almost brand new. They do what they say they will, and the price is reasonable.

I chose the $14.99 wash ($1.50 more for trucks) but was charged $27+. A little frustrating having to work that out when I was clear about the wash I wanted. Once my truck was done (pretty quick, actually), I had to have them go back over it as there were still lots of bugs on the bumper, grill and hood. Two guys spent some time recleaning it but it was still dirty. I went ahead and just left but I had to go back over several areas myself once I got home and I really didn't want to do that. Also, a wet dog smell lingered inside from the cloths they were using. Probably won't be going back to this place.

As I pulled up to this new and posh hotel I realized just how bad it looked behind a fresh and so clean Sequoia (I am pretty sure we were traveling the same route), slick c300 4matic, some Minivan (I owned one and am so glad to be out of that phase) and two golf carts (told you....posh!). I was a little/a lot ashamed when I heard a trip to the carwash was added to the itinerary (thanks ). So after traveling down the mountain to Chattanooga and a history trip on the Tennessee Valley Railroad (Museum). I pulled up car washes near me and arrived at a pretty nice "car wash" I was a little concerned there was no one to scrub before we entered the tube. A teenage Ninja appeared and started scrubbing. Then lights, cameras, action!! We ascended into the world bubbles! That magic tube did its job!! We headed over to where threal week began... cleaning out the interior. When I tell you it was a real workout! I proceeded to some mat cleaner machine. I don't know if the teenage guy took pity on me when he asking if I wanted him to power wash the mats. When I drove my car out of the wash and into a drying section I noticed that my tires had not gotten the tire shine plus half of my car was still wet. I thought the air dryers blowing were to get your car almost dry. I might try this new car wash farther down Hixson Pike.
