I think they spent about 30 minutes or less on my car which is pretty fast from my experience. They didn't scratch the rims (19 inch staggered wheels like rear 255/35R19) They used torque wrenches. Tires are well balanced using hunter road force balancer and I didn't notice any wobbling or roaring. I'll be back and on time for my other cars :)

My previous go-to mechanic tripped me with a quote of $575 for the valve gasket cover replacement (I assumed they meant the entire thing, not the rubber seal). When I arrived for my appointment, I was met with a chill dude named Alex who was straight forward, informative, and just let me know what I need to know without pushing any extra stuff on me. I was really stressed because I couldn't afford the repair out of pocket, but they were incredibly helpful and told me about Technet, a credit card specifically for auto repairs. I applied and was instantly approved. They even fixed my car and waited for my card to arrive in the mail before I paid them in full. What really stood out to me was how kind and patient everyone was. They explained everything clearly, what the problem was, what caused it, and how they were going to fix it. They even paid for my Uber rides to the shop and from work while my car was in the shop, with no extra charge. It's hard to find honest and caring auto shops, especially when you don't know much about cars, but they made the whole experience so much less stressful.
