This shop was the third shop who I had called. They let me know that in 15 minutes they could give me information on what needed to be repaired. They told me up front how much it would cost and what it was I needed repaired. They would order the parts for me and I could bring it in the next day. I brought it back on Monday. Zach was kind, he noticed (I had a visitor sticker) I had a loved one in the hospital and offered me a ride. It's difficult finding a good mechanic, one that's trustworthy, still shows kindness and patient enough to explain things thoroughly. Definitely a great place to go! I dropped I'm for a brakes check, they were all messed up. They recommend me to call the place that did the job because according with my mileage they were under warranty, so i did, and sure enough, that other shop will do the work under warranty, imperial auto service could, tell me a lot of things, but they were 100% honest, and didn't even charged me for the check up. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My husband and I are from Utah and came to go to Disneyland. A bolt in our trunk latch fell out making it so our trunk wouldn't latch. We came across Imperial auto service and he got us right in. When we asked how long it would take to fix, the gentlemen looked at it, quickly replaced two bolts in less than five minutes, and refused to take payment. Zak and Jamal have been my personal mechanics for over 10 years. To say I love them is a understatement. To have a honest mechanic that you can trust is a hard thing to come by. I NEVER EVER EVER feel like I am paying for anything that I do not need done. EVER!! And face it, that is the fear with other places, they say you need this or that and it will cost you an arm and leg.....not here. In fact, just this week i went in for a tune up and asked for a transmission service. They did the tune up but they did not do the tranny service because they tested it and it wasnt necessary. They passed on a opportunity to make some money but because it was not needed they did not do it......How cool is that?? Seriously......USE THEM!! I have since moved 60 miles away from these 2 brothers but I still travel to OC for them to work on my car! read more
