I highly recommend this detail service if you're looking for one! My car hadn't been detailed since I got it two years ago and I really wanted to restore it to its former glory. I don't usually splurge on stuff like this so I wanted to make sure I went with the right business. After consulting with a few different places, Pro Auto Spa had the most personable service and best prices. They were flexible enough to fit into my busy schedule and do a house call, and were finished in 2 hours. My paint was looking so dingy before, and they made it look sparkly and glossy again. They let me know that my lighter seats would be difficult to clean completely but they would go over it with a few passes to make sure they did the best they could. To me, they came out looking like new. The center console was cleaner than I ever thought it could be and they got all of the stains out of my windshield that were obstructing my vision. Overall, I'm super happy with the result and will definitely use them again in the future if I need a detail again, but hopefully I'll be able to keep it as pristine as these guys left it for a while. read more

Yooo so I'm convinced that Albert just switched out my old dirty car with a new one cuz ain't no way he cleaned the disaster that was my car!! Check out the before and after pics which don't do his work justice, the inside AND out looked like new!! But on a serious note, I began my search for a car detailer on the 23rd and as you guessed it, many were either busy for the holidays, or were available, but were either way out my budget or wouldn't provide a full, thorough detail, especially after seeing the before pics ... Albert was quick, communicative, and reached out for a bit more info and was accommodating and welcoming throughout the process. We agreed on a price which I felt was fair considering what my budget originally was, and then we set the date for after Christmas. Then the day arrived... First off, Albert arrived and he and his helper Ramon were gentlemen and introduced themselves, cool cool. Then the boys inspected the dirty ride and were like, "whoa." I said, "I know." Let's just say my car had only been washed ONCE, and that was the day I bought it off the lot. Now, I travel a lot..so I eat in the car...a lot. I'm talking animal style sauce and red salsa from those late night tacos stained my entire center and front console. You ever crave a healthy licuado to balance out the calories? Me too, well mine spilt in the car and I never got around to fully cleaning the car (I guess healthy wasn't meant to be!) and finally, soda, coffee from starbutts among other mystery liquids had all morphed into one giant disgusting puddle of brown. That's the only way to describe the goo monster that lived in my car. Well, the boys hooked up their dope ass music and got to work and, well, they had their work cut out for them! Now, when I tell you I saw my car at the end of the exorcism--I mean cleanse, she looked as good as the day I first bought her you would think the car was literally replaced with a new one. You DON'T understand! My car survived McDonald's BBQ sauce packets, flaming hot Cheeto torpedos, and every crumb known to man, courtesy of me and my daughter...ok, mostly me... But the point stands!! It was very important to me that the job was done meticulously since it was a gift for my fiancés birthday and Albert exceeded my expectations. This car has gone on long road trips to Arizona and back, hikes with our golden retriever and taken the beating of daily LA commutes with spilled coffee. After researching other companies and comparing them to Alberts as well as reading several other reviews I was confident that Albert would provide a fair quote for the service he was providing as well as high quality services. I asked Chat GPT to compare Albert's company to others on yelp and Pro Auto Shop came out on top for overall value, interior sanitization and exterior coating and detailing. I decided to go with the complete package that included interior and exterior detailing and my fiancé was more than happy with the results, so much so that now she doesn't even want to drive the car! The guys are great to work with, and did a pretty good job overall. They did a pretty good job in the interior too. However, there were some minor details that bugged me after thoroughly looking it over. By the time I did a thorough inspection, I was already long gone. As you can see from the photos, there were areas where the dirt wasn't taken care of and that bothered me since it was a DETAIL. Hopefully it shows from the photos. This review is long overdue, but it's worth saying. I had my car cleaned with albert and his team back in January and they did a great job. It was fast too. I just had a little problem with my passenger seat, I guess because I didn't put it in the sun, it didn't dry well. Also my car seat color is really light and it makes every little dirt visible.
