I thought I'd give this place a shot since It's close to where I work. I tried to schedule an appointment for after work because According to their website their hours listed say they're open till 8 o'clock. So I tried to make an appointment at 6:30. I was told that that would be inconvenient. When I asked about the Yelp stating that they are open until8 P.M, the man that answered the phone rudely told me. Marisa gave me a totally different haircut than I've ever had before and it looks amazing!! My hair is very difficult to cut correctly and she spent the time needed to work with my unique curl pattern to create a truly stunning haircut. She also garantes her haircuts so I was able to come back after a few weeks for her to make it a bit shorter in places to make it perfect! Fantastic service, great colorist for my wavy latina hair, that grows slowly! Super clean, yummy refreshments and friendly staff. I was referred to Marcie by a teacher friend over a year ago after my stylist moved and I was having a difficult time finding someone open late. She scheduled me for a free consultation and after meeting her, I immediately trusted her to bleach my hair for a super light balayage. Something I'd never done before because my hair is on the dry side and my scalp is sensitive, she listened to both what I wanted and concerns and after working her magic my hair looked great, but of course I really wanted it lighter and Marcie graciously worked with me to get it as light as possible without damaging my fragile strands on a follow-up session. I was so over the moon with the final result. I was happiest when she suggested to cut my hair in the dry, to help it with length and keep the new look fresh and healthy. Since then she's done a fabulous job cutting my hair in a fun short style for spring and presently I'm growing it out with darker highlights for winter!!
