Tony made sure to explain potential issues with my order because of the type of material they were made of. Luckily I wanted matte black and Tony explained that they normally spray that color several times a week so they could put my order in the oven with others. I told him I understood mine was a small order and he corrected me saying no mine was not a small order, it was another order. He made me feel like I was just as important as ANY other order, WOW! I got a call 2 days later that my order was ready and to my surprise each piece (4) was individually wrapped!!
