I am aware that home warranty companies like AHS often only pay a low, flat fee to contractors, regardless of the actual cost of a large repair or replacement. It seems the moment the diagnosis pointed to a major, costly issue, you decided to extract an additional $180 from me by falsely claiming "overloading" to offset the loss you would incur from AHS's low payout. This isn't just poor customer service; it has all the hallmarks of a shady business practice. You were assigned by AHS, charged me a $125 service fee, and then manufactured a false reason for denial simply because the repair was too expensive for your business model.
