We had never sealed our shower and started having some mold growth was starting to get harder and harder to remove. Axel took his time to make sure everything came out right. He communicated exactly what needed to be done and how. He even made sure after removing the moldy grout that the floor below was dry so we would not have any more mold growth. It took an extra couple of days because he wanted to make sure the subfloor was properly dried out before laying any new grout, as there were signs of moisture. That is a sign that someone cares about our health and doing things right. If you need your shower regrouted and sealed Axel at Las Vegas Regrout is who you need. Thank You for everything Axel! Markitos gave us a great affordable price to paint our tub and tiles white and he was super nice. It took him 8 hours one day and he came back the second day to do some caulking. Even though he set up a huge industrial fan, the smell was very strong and we had to let it air out for a week before the smell disappeared. The tub and tiles look fabulous and I love the results! They pride themselves on shorter dry time but I'm not sure of the comparison. The value was good because the carpet is refreshed for the most part but the details determine the rating for me!.... 24 hours later, the floors are still wet. So, I call the office and get informed that somehow we were misinformed. our technician informed us to not turn the heat on, 60 degrees in the house last night with my children and grand children. Today the person from the company said to turn the heat up to 74 and open all of the windows and turn o. The ceiling fans. Not the instructions given my technician Bradley yesterday. Longer story short, no one can come to the rescue until Monday. Follow up, yesterday a different technician came out and completed the cleaning again because of the number of crunchy surfaces. He gave me different follow up instructions than the other 2 I received. I was informed by him and the person I spoke with Saturday that someone in the office would be calling...never happened

We needed drywall installed on a wall, holes in the ceiling patched due to some demo work, texture to match existing, and replacement of floor tiles in my living room. Berna completed all this in two days, made sure to hang poly to keep the dust in the work area, and the finished product looks great. We have another project we want to do a little later in the year, and we will call Berna again to do this work for us.

These areas obviously had NOT been cleaned in quite some time. Through a series of fluke phone calls to local flooring companies, I was referred to Jack at Ultimate Finish. Boy, are we glad we were! Jack stopped by to check out our home, take measurements and explain what Ultimate could do for us including repairs, polishing, grout repainting, etc. He also got us a printed estimate sheet that same day and then waited patiently as we had the carpeting replaced and the entire interior of the house repainted before sending over his crew to work on our floors. Naser and George did a wonderful job cleaning, repairing and bringing these dirty and, in some cases, damaged floor areas back to life. Jack came back (LOL) for the final walk through with me and gave us specific recommendations on how to maintain the floors and what products to look for and which to definitely avoid. They do have polite people and do decent work but I did not have a good experience with their repair business. An annual inspection turned up a couple of small problems - low refrigerant in a system and a nearly failed condenser fan in another. No argument with that conclusion so I said go ahead with fixes. Got the invoice and should have paid more attention - a price gouge of epic proportions. Here's what I sent them that got rejected by their system: PS - registered professional engineer who should have paid more attention. 'I was not here when this work was finished, and I have no issue at all with the technician and work performed. He was professional. I agreed to all of the work. But I regret now not doing additional homework on the cost. A one pound 410a add should cost more like $100 at the high end all in. Easy to find on google or Yelp), given you can get a 25 lb Jug in the range of $250. And yes, there is labor and overhead in that , but for for a 30 minute job $325 seems excessive. I also was able to source the replacement fan motor with an identical Lennox model# from a number of sources- from around $200. Again, that doesn't include labor. So if I'm generous, you got $300 in parts, add 20% for miscellaneous. And yes, I get that there is 'Bob's guarantee' and you have overhead, but an 1800+ bill for less than two labor hours of work, make it 3 with travel time and even at 150 per hour - and maybe 450 in parts and material -the total markup at 2x is to me excessive. Plus your billing is deficient in the level of detail so it's even hard to understand how you could add it up to that much. My wife paid the bill of course, but with these prices even though the service is good I won't be using or recommending Bobs for repairs in the future. I'll do my homework.' PS - last postscript. You may have noticed Bob's no longer responds to Yelp reviews. Must be too busy. Or they don't care. Neither one is a good sign.
