Not only did these guys get rid of the most disgusting greasy finger prints and who knows what kinda sludge was in my center console, they made me feel safe in my car again! Both our cars were stolen, ripped apart, smoked heroin in and who else knew what . My car looks better than the first day I picked it up ! This place is legit a hidden gem. Car details and washes are on beautiful, ALWAYS. Owner Brian is always on point and he delivers on everything. He is personable, attentive, and so accommodating. He always comes through. My truck looks like it rolled off the assembly line every time they service it. Never as issue in scheduling a time, so much better than the bigger type car washes. I was going to wait to post my review until the weekend, but after I saw the only review that this business had, I felt compelled to drop what I was doing and present my experience. I had been asking many others around town who they trust their car to and almost to a person, they recommended Probuff. On a Saturday I made an appointment for my 911 Targa and by the time I left it in their hands, I was completely at ease. In addition to having the car detailed, I learned that the techs there would pick up our cars at home or place of business and return them before the end of the day. I made an appointment to have our infiniti Q50 washed and waxed as well. It was to be picked up at the train station and returned the same day -- all while I was at work. Fortunately, They got a cancellation and asked me if I would like to drop off the infiniti and pick up my Porsche. When I entered to drop off the other car, I saw what a beautiful job they had done to my 911, and immediately felt good about leaving the infiniti in their hands. My car was absolutely spotless and looked good enough for a showroom floor. The Infiniti was promised to be finished in a few hours and would be delivered home. As promised, the professional gentleman came and even rang the doorbell to drop off the keys and thank us for our business. I took my car to Probuff last week for detailing. He took the car in one small dent in the top right fender. He returned it with 4 scratches in the paint in a different area of the car. Initially, he claimed it was from the buffer he used. Today, I returned with $40.00 worth of touch up paint and it looks worse than ever. I started at $180.00 that is now up to $220.00 and will require a professional paint job on the fender to bring it back to where it was before I took it in! In all I am guessing it is about a $600-700.00 detailing! read more

We brought our older 1998 Explorer to Pro-buff as it needed a thorough cleaning in and out. We used to smoke and could not get the interior as clean as we wanted. I could not believe how clean the interior was when we picked it up. Every crevice, corner, vent etc. was super clean. The leather seats cleaned and treated to almost new car condition. Any and every area with upholstering and carpet was shampooed and stains removed. The Engine area was cleaned and the outside buffed to a like new finish...My old car is almost new again thanks to their hard work and attention to detail. I brought my 1968 Buick GS400 convertible to have detailed. Brian and his staff did an amazing, unbelievable job. The car was first clayed, then compounded and finally polished with the finest of products. No where on the gift certificate was there any expiration date. In addition his posted prices were about twice what most places charge. Complete ripoff. read more
