Paid $60 for their most expensive and "best" car wash and received a mediocre job at best. They spent a total of 5 minutes cleaning the inside of my car before calling me over to retrieve my car. When I got to the car there was still trash inside, dirt on the floor, dirt in between the seats, streaks of cleaning supplies and finger prints left on the windows, and dirt in the cup holder. I asked for the manager for helpand even with the manager coming over and trying to resolve the issue they still managed to leave my car a mess. I'm extremely disappointed in my last car wash. I paid for a service I did not receive. These car washes are not cheap & I tip decently. It was a rush job. The interior of my car was not properly cleaned/wiped down, my mats were not washed/dried and the exterior of the car was not properly wiped down or dried. Lastly, the top of the car still had bird poop. I explained that before the car went through the wash. I didn't want my car scrubbed with the broom but it could have been hosed down properly prior to going through. Whomever worked there before (these young guys) was very detailed. Bring him back. Have a talk with your workers. Attitude & attention to details makes a huge difference with returning customers. read more

The internal rags used to clean the car left a bad smell, meaning they were not clean. They could have cleaned more. Very basic..I would not waste my money here again. read more

I just paid $45 with a tip for a car wash inside and out. I noticed on the car on way home My rearview mirror wasn't cleaned at all, my back window as I drove home looked like I did it myself at a gas station with white spots going across the entire window. There's was dirt on each of my rearview mirrors. I could've done the windows myself at home and done a better job. I paid $45 and had to go back to get it fixed and as I'm driving yet again I see that there's still dirt on the front window and my side view mirror. read more

Exterior wise, they do a good job but 75% of the cleaning is done by machines and the remaining detail work done by the employees is nicely done. For this, I would suggest getting one of their packages that focus more on the outside of the car because any work done on the interior will not be worth the price. The $43 VIP wash left little to be desired when it came to the interior. The larger items like the floor mats and windows were done, but vacuuming the seats and trunk were not even attempted. This place sucks now and I will not be coming back. EVER! I normally get the super wash. ANYWAYS - One of the workers while cleaning my car happened to literally break off the rear left side of my car handle . I mean- imagine this - how freaken hard does one have to pull on a car handle for it to break? I happen to be sitting outside enjoying the sun while this worker was cleaning my car. And I heard a big snap. - I thought maybe he had slippery hands or something and it didn't dawn on me what had just happened. When he was done cleaning he motioned for me to come over and showed me my car handle. Ughs . I really didn't wanna deal with it so I took my car to the dealership to have them fix it. $38 for the handle and $140 for the manual labor. Plus taxes $200 total!!! Boy this was one expensive car wash!!! I don't even want to bother coming here to ask for compensation. What my dumbass should've done was speak to the manager of the premise right then and there . Perhaps the 95 degree bathing in the sun clouded my judgement. All I can say is ..ya just lost a long time customer plus 3 cars! AND MY CAR WASNT EVEN CLEAN . For so many years, I went to the car wash, and every now and again some of the employees that are supposed to dry and care for your vehicle come to work in a separate mood not remembering what their job entitlement is. never the less I canceled my membership because I had enough with some other guys not doing the job properly, so I brought it up to the manager in charge he heard me for a little bit but it seems that what I was concerned about it wasn't his concern. Anyway, the person who was taking care of my vehicle did a very poor job and the manager took his side. They do a good car wash but I will never come back here. I entered with a monthly pass and the person at the entrance printed a bill. I tried to explain to him I have a monthly and he refused to check. I have never had this issue here. I told the manager who said he doesn't care and the employee is new. He was rude and nasty to me raising his voice like a lunatic. I had to wait on a long line to pay a non-existent bill. Not a way to run a business. Shame on you, the customer is ALWAYS right. The guy at the entrance was rude and with lots of attitude for no reason, at the first place to deal with. Didn't want to let me in and when requested that due to suffocation, can't stay in car, was being insulting. He let the other people do that but for me it's a company policy. Complained about him to owner, who seemed nice, who said that will take care, which he didn't because the same guy came out and was talking to other people, customers and fellow employees who were giving me dirty looks all the time I was there. Felt humiliated and discriminated due to my ethnicity. Now I know that why this place, which had long lines earlier and now it's almost deserted. Had to wait 30 in a line to get my car washed, granted it was 60 degrees in the middle of December. TIP: Pull up in the right lane, both lanes merge into one and the left lane is way slower, learned that the hard way. $16 for the basic wash. Car was looking real nasty after all this snow and crappy weather. First nice day i guess i had the same idea as everyone else in the area, A car wash. Oh well the line was about 25 cars long and i waited 45 minutes to get to the front of the line. The car came out sparkling looking like brand new again. The crew after the car goes threw the wash is were the magic happens they wipe every inch of surface and use air to get all water off. They vacuumed every inch of the car and cleaned the mats as well. Great service and great attendants. Price was great and would definetly go there again in the future. read more

I've been coming to this car wash for several years. They've always done a spectacular job every time I've gone pre-Covid. Their prices are very reasonable and I find that they always do a great and fast job. I recently got my car washed by them last week, and I have to say that they're doing a great job running their business during this pandemic. Because I live with an immunocompromised family member (who also uses my car), I try to be cautious when/where I can. So, I opted for just an exterior wash and they did a wonderful job. Don't Go!!!! I'm a Long-time customer who purchased their VIP package to clean the interior and exterior of the car. After getting back into the car after the car was washed, there was an offensive odor. Could it be the chemicals they used? Maybe a dirty rag that was used to wipe down the seats? Not sure what the cause was but I did ask the manager Bill/Bob and I was told instantly it wasn't their fault. Didn't even look at the car. Just said over and over, "It's not their fault". If they don't provide full wash after a specific time why not fully disclaim that? Why not have a sign saying they close at 4:30 instead of 5. This place is shockingly bad. I have been to Woodbury Royal Car Wash once before, and had a fine experience. This time - not so much. I took my boyfriend's Ford Ranger in for a clean, and asked for a Super Wash (upgrade from the basic service). Our dog spent some time in the cab of the truck this past week, and had left fur and the remnants of car sickness behind. I specified this to the technician, and left the vehicle to run some errands. When I returned 30 minutes later, I was told my car was all set. I opened the door to the inside of the vehicle and knew they must be confused. There was still dog fur EVERYWHERE, and dirt and grime all along floor. I asked the cleaner working next to me and he shrugged and said "It's all done." I specifically pointed out the copious amounts of dog fur and loose crumbs all over the floor and the backs of the seats and he begrudgingly did a half-ass swipe with the vacuum - not even bothering himself to vacuum up all of the dirt and fur as I stood there blatantly watching him. Even the basic cleaning package specifies that the vehicle will be vacuumed and the steering wheel/console etc will be wiped down. NOPE - there was still even basic dust along the dashboard and steering column. This place is a total scam and waste of money. I managed to do a better job wiping down the inside of the vehicle with my bare hands in their parking lot for 5 minutes, than they did in the 30 minutes before. I loathe the car wash, but when I'm too lazy to do wash the car myself WRCW is where I roll. The whole experience lasted 15-20 min MAX and there was at least 7 cars ahead of me. Picked up a air freshener for the car, a bottle of washer fluid and a standard wash for $21. Not too bad. They have a waiting area inside and outside, in case of foul or freezing weather. After the exterior wash the guys outside were gentle but thorough (and my car was DIRTY). I gave the ol taco bell cheese test (not on purpose), which was to spot a slice o 'cheese' in the actual seat and see if it was there when the wash was over...it was vacuumed up. The outside of my car came out average because it went through the car wash machine, but the interior job was horrendous. THEY RIPPED MY STEERING WHEEL LEATHER (!!!), DID NOT BOTHER TO WIPE DOWN THE INSIDES OF MY DOORS, NOR VAACUM MY SEATS. I paid for the highest service which was supposed to include everything, and they were done with my car within 10 minutes. They rushed the process and ended up doing more harm than good to my car. The $20 Super Wash is really almost like getting your car detailed. The wash is very modern, recently renovated, and the chamois are very clean. When the car leaves the wash, the workers do an excellent job of cleaning every speck of dirt of from the interior. They clean the windows from the inside, dry any water leftover water from the wash, shine the wheels, vacuum the carpets, dust the dash board and even use compressed air to get the hard to reach places. Tipping them is appropriate. Protip: They don't really advertise this but you can take a free air freshener with purchase of a super wash. read more

Too expensive to have them to hardly anything. Armorall inside of car sure great idea what do you get stuck with? Liquid all over the inside of the car, spray spots and a crappy job!
