The first wash didn't remove it, so I came back the next day and spoke with the manager. He kindly let me go through the wash again at no charge, but the substance still wouldn't come off. Instead of just sending me on my way, the manager took the time to personally scrub the affected areas by hand until the tar finally came off. I really appreciated the extra effort and excellent customer service. It's rare to find someone willing to go above and beyond like that.
