Shelia, who was working the entrance, walked me through the options and how everything (coffee bar, wash, vacuum) worked. It was such a fun experience and the car came out SPOTLESS! After the wash, I stopped briefly at the vacuuming station, but noticed there were separate detailing stations available. If I lived nearby, I'd definitely consider a membership.

And I do go frequently, but if you're someone who just gets your car wash once or twice a month the lowest cost wash is just as good as the expensive one! Free vacuums are a bonus! Usually customer service is good but my last experience was not great. The camera would not scan my license correctly which happens occasionally and the employee kept rolling her eyes and acting annoyed. Which I had no control over the situation so I felt it was just very rude.

The first wash didn't remove it, so I came back the next day and spoke with the manager. He kindly let me go through the wash again at no charge, but the substance still wouldn't come off. Instead of just sending me on my way, the manager took the time to personally scrub the affected areas by hand until the tar finally came off. I really appreciated the extra effort and excellent customer service. It's rare to find someone willing to go above and beyond like that. Despite a pre wash spray down by the staff, the wash didn't do a very good job, definitely not as good as The Better Car Wash. The windshield still had bug splotches, the tire shine didn't seem to do much, wheels were still dirty and the vehicle in general still had water droplets and many dirty spots on it. Once you are in the cleaning bay they have a good vacuum and not so good air guns. There's a mat wash, but nothing for rubber mats. Better car wash has more mat cleaners that you can run carpet or small rubber mats through, and they have an area to hand spray and scrub bigger mats. Better also has a station for cleaning your shammies, and if Go has one, I never saw it. Better also has some inside car cleaning dispensers to use with your own towels, and I didn't see anything like that at Go. All in all I was disappointed, esp considering I had an almost $30 wash. For the same or less price, you can get the best wash at Better Car Wash with a 5 day clean guarantee, better amenities like mat washes, cleaning supplies etc and a car that is sparkling clean straight out of the wash with little detailing needed.

There is a Phillips 66 across the street if for any reason they are busy, which is highly unlikely because they have over thirty pumps, including diesel.
