The job was well done, and my house has never smelled cleaner. The price to clean a whole third floor townhome was reasonable. They brought everything they needed to the third floor and did their business. One key note, they do need a bathtub to dump the cleaning water in. He also set up a dehumidifier to extract water from the air. The equipment was left until everything was thoroughly dry and then he returned, replaced the damaged underpadding with new, re-tacked the carpet, and cleaned up. It looks as good as new. I would recommend Peerless for anybody with this kind of problem!

They left trash behind instead of cleaning up the area when they were done, and the carpet was still damp when they left. The technician also parked in a way that blocked my truck and wouldn't move the van when I asked so I could leave. I didn't pay for the service directly, but based on the experience, I wouldn't recommend them.
