DO NOT USE THUS COMPANY!!! I called to get an appointment and they took $50 as a deposit fee. I canceled a 10 days before I had them scheduled and they kept my money. What company takes $50 from a person who cancelled 10 days prior to the appointment? I used them a few months ago for a BIG dog mess... I really thought it was hopeless. Doug came the next morning and worked magic! The spots are gone, and unlike previous carpet cleaners, there is no residue or discoloration. Doug came out the day after Thanksgiving... early morning- just to do the same thing again! But far the worst job I ever seen. Firstly the guy that came was rude, when I opened the door he didn't say a word until I said something. The job was down super quick, NO stains were removed and it literally loos like a vacuum was run over a wet carpet. The carpet still looks the same. NOT TO MENTION he tracked dirt back onto the carpet after coming back in. I asked him about the stains and he proceeded to tell me that's something different and because he FELT BAD he was going to keep our original price. I don't need you to FEEL BAD I need to receive the services I PAID FOR. Never recommending this company. Now I have to hire another carpet company to do the job CORRECTLY. read more

I used Monster Clean to steam clean 4 areas in my house. I chose this carpet company over the rest because of their great reviews and because they're Military owned. I was not disappointed! John was my carpet technician, along with his father (I didn't catch his name, he was helping out temporarily). They were nice, professional and efficient. My carpets were not necessarily filthy, but it had been awhile since I had them cleaned last. My family room had high traffic areas and a spot where orange soda was spilled -- all nicely removed. Same with the high traffic area on my stairs and the puppy pee accident spots. It took them approx an hour and a half to do 3 large rooms, stairs and a hallway. They offer a military discount and the price is very reasonable. I will definitely hire Monster Clean again. read more

We had our living room, office, stairs, master bedroom, and hallway carpets cleaned and were not satisfied with our service. They cleaned about 1200 sq ft worth of carpet and from arrival to departure it took 1 hr...1 hr for that much carpet! It takes longer than that to vacuum it! Not only that, after inspecting my rooms there was a stain in the middle of the floor in my office. I have no idea how it got there but it wasn't there before they arrived. Their website and techs quote 4-6 hrs to dry. My first room was dry after 10 hrs and that was with the heat turned up, ceiling fan on and multiple floor fans. All the other rooms took a whole 24 hrs to dry. I called and spoke with the owner about my service, dry time and the stain. He apologized, sent a crew out the next day for the stain and refunded 1/2 my fee. He said cleanings should take 1 hr per 2 zones so my service call should've taken around 2.5 hrs (my math). They went too fast to clean thoroughly and didn't suck all the water out of the rugs. The guys who came the next day did an excellent job. The stain came right out and the carpet felt fluffier and softer than the rest of the house...plus it was dry in 3 hrs! If this crew had shown up originally I would've been very happy. This is the only reason I'm giving them 2 stars. We prefer supporting local small businesses but I won't hire them again. read more

I was told when I called they did not move bedroom furniture- after the guys were finished, I was told they would have moved if asked them to. Had to have them return because my carpet was still damp after overnight fans and heat, especially upstairs. Also, a couple of spots in the master bedroom needed to be done again. When they came back for the touch up, practically argued with me that the carpet was NOT damp when I clearly put my hand on several areas where it was. I'm an RN and know when something is damp or not. I called because the business advertised it was veteran owned and local, plus the price was right. I will not be calling again nor will I recommend them. read more

I hate writing negative reviews, but every time I look at my couches, my blood pressure rises. I had my sofa and love seat "cleaned" on September 28, 2017. Thought I'd try and support a local business, rather then go with the big name company. Long story short, my couches look worse then before and I'm out $200. Whatever soap they used left a film all over the surface of both couches. Now if a drop of water gets on the couch, it leaves a huge spot. The areas they focused on for cleaning look worse then before. I imagine it's because of the soap residue left. There is a black streak on the arm of the couch that was never there before. (Not to mention the soap residue left on my laminate floor and wood furniture from spraying the couches. They came back to "clean" that mess up with vinegar, but it looked the same when the left.) When I called to ask for my money back, I was treated nicely at first. But in the end, the owner basically blamed me and the age of my couches. Not good. Not true. Not happy. Definitely would not recommend this company. read more

Awesome job! While visiting at my son's home in Virginia Beach, Jim got out a permanent black marker art project by my 2 year old grandson on off-white carpet using various spray products, brushing and rubbing the area well over an hour while down on his hands and knees. Then using the steam cleaner did magic getting it out, you can only see a hint of it left but have to know where to look. Jim's attention to detail was amazing and very professional. I just had a large master bedroom cleaned and am very disappointed in the result. I have Mohawk Smart Strand carpeting so it is very easy to clean. I had some small charcoal stains. The stains did not come out as well as I thought they should have. The technician said it was soap. The job was done too quickly and haphazardly. It has been over 24 hours and my carpet is still not dry and is starting to smell. they came and brought me a fan which is noisy and inconvenient. I will have to pay someone ele to come and remove the stain. read more

Had my carpet cleaned. The two men were very professional. I have no complaints about them. It seemed like it was a good job but when the carpet dried all the dirty spots reappeared. I sent two e-mails. One asking for a refund then one to ask them to come out look at the job and recommend a solution. I got no response. In good conscience I could not recommend this company. They were quick to respond to do the job but did nothing to respond my problem. read more

We had used Monster Clean Carpet Cleaning with terrific results before for carpet, tile, grout, and upholstery cleaning, but we were afraid even Monster Clean could never remove a hideous mahogany brown stain on our brand new pale green carpeting. Our son had been home for the day at Thanksgiving and had brought his newly adopted, rescued pet dog home with him. We already have three dogs of our own. Well, at some point, our four-legged visitor marked his territory on the leg of an antique mahogany settee. The next day as I was arranging furniture to make room for a Christmas tree, I moved the settee only to discover an awful stain. We asked the owner of Monster Clean Carpet Cleaning if he would please come tell us if our carpet could be saved. This was a really bad stain caused by acid acting on a very old mahogany finish and causing the old finish to run all down the leg onto the new carpet. With meticulous care, our forever new best friend managed to get that stain removed from our carpet. When my wife called me into the room to see the best that could be done, there was no stain. Just like the relieved customer in a current television commercial, I hugged the owner of Monster Clean Carpet Cleaning while my wife looked on (and no doubt thought I had lost my mind). He then proceeded to work more of his professional "magic" on the much older carpet on our stairs and in our upstairs hallway. We assumed that carpet definitely would have to be replaced after many years as we couldn't imagine how it could ever look fresh again. Well, let me assure you that both the formerly stained new carpet and the old carpeting as well look as if they were just laid. And both section of carpeting were completely dry very quickly. Wow!!
