This is a mobile service and they have been doing this a long time. Brian is very good with the service he provides. The carpet we had recently cleaned was soiled in a few places due to a sick dog. Plus, it was time to clean due to the dog having been sick a few others times and the carpet just smelly. After the carpet was cleaned, the room smelled wonderfully clean and remained that way for several days. That clean smell is powerful enough to kill any odors in the room that lingered before. That is what I appreciate because no other chemical can be used that isn't pet safe and finding the correct chemical to use is impossible. They use pet safe products and that is very important in a pet home. It is best to completely clear the room to get the best value for the cleaning. Clear before M&M comes in so he can do the job correct.
