You walk in and it's very clean and the owner was there when I was last there and he talked to me for a little bit too. Told me how everything works and offered to help me if I needed any assistance. Super good on the customer service tip. It has tons of washers and dryers, obviously. It has a little area that's kind of like a patio. You can sit out under a covered area and wait for clothes. It actually has a little children's place as well so the kids can sit down and play while you wait as well. They have chairs scattered around it so you can find some seating near your washer or dryer machine if you so decide to do that as well. You basically get a card that you put money on. Or you can pay on the app, that's also an option as well. The washer prices start at $4 and some change and go up from there. The dryer prices are about $2.50 or so for 30 minutes. And they're actually really big. So at the end of the day you can fit a lot in one without overstuffing. If you're in the area and have a need for it, this this spot would be pretty good. It's new and still very well kept.

Came here on a Sunday evening and it was packed! The parking lot should give customers an indication whether they should stay and do their own laundry here or go elsewhere. If you can find parking, you'll most likely find laundry machines readily available. However, if you can't find parking, it'll be a while until you find open machines. The first thing that I noticed was that this laundry facility was CLEAN! It's so clean looking and smelling that I would seriously consider the five-second rule if I dropped food on the floor. When I was there, there was what looked like an attentive, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable husband and wife team of employees who were working throughout this business. Since it has been years since I stepped foot into a laundromat, I actually dreaded coming here before I experienced this business, but this is probably the nicest and best maintained laundry business I've ever been in. There are so many stainless steel, industrial grade washers and dryers, in various sizes, which means that the pricing, which is reasonable, depends on the size of the machine and any customization of the washing and drying cycles. This place could use more tables to allow customers to sort, fold and organize their clean clothes. There are many large, clean, functional and industrial grade rolling clothes baskets available to customers. I know, I know - I get thrilled seeing these baskets that can keep rolling with a heavy load of clothes (or people) in them because they have those extra strength wheels on them. Whenever the two employees saw an issue, like a wet floor, spilled laundry soap or fabric softener (wet or dry), soap residue in the machine thingies where customers add soap and other things, trash, rolling laundry baskets blocking people's paths, or anything else that needed cleaning, they immediately took care of it after seeing it. And they did it while being courteous and nice, without complaints or rolls of their eyes. These two are saints! The industrial grade washers and dryers are fast and efficient, and they don't ruin clothes or start walking off - have you ever witnessed unbalanced washers shimmying their way across the floor? Lots of light, a clean restroom (at least the men's restroom is), and vending machines (for soap, fabric softener, and bottled drinks and packaged snacks) are available here. Oh, and customers also have the option of dropping their dirty laundry off at the window and paying the employees the price per pound of clothes so that the employees wash, dry and fold their clothes. Just know that the employees also use the same washers and dryers as all the customers, so if the place is busy, the employees may be delayed in getting your drop off clothes processed. To me that is a crime and should not be allowed. They also informed me that there was no one to contact to resolve. So if that is the case how many others have money floating. I'm almost 100 percent sure that patio was given that money back from the old POS company! When I picked up my outfit the employee informed me she had to take off all the embellishments & such to avoid damaged & did not charge me. I was appreciative for the safeguard measures & all the items were sewn back on securely. Great prices especially for the various types of wardrobe. You can't be the turn around time. They offer same day service if you get your items in before 9A. Open Monday-Friday 7A-7P & on Saturdays 8A-5P.

Initially no issues but then about a week ago when I dropped off my clothing which complied of expensive Robert Grahm shirts and other expensive items that were left on one of the RG shirts a pair of cufflinks monte Blanc they supposedly went missing. The concerning part is I recalled that I left the cuffling on one of the shirts and called the cleaners the same day to go check which I was told by one of there employees that they found the cuffling and it would be set aside. I was relieved and told them I would pick them up in couple of days when I picked up the rest of the clothing. When I went there couple days later to pick up my clothing I asked for the cufflings and they acting like they had no clue what I was talking about. I then looked for the shirt I had the cufflings on and the shirt was missing. I obviously was very upset and started questioning the employees, there attitudes immediately changes and were very worried at this point. Saying it's not our concern, I demanded to speak to the owner and they put me on the phone with the owner who in turn was nothing but rude. At this point I decided to call sandy springs police and when they arrived the owner arrived as well and charged at me like a maniac, screaming at me to get off his property. I filed a report with sandy springs PD and the owner filed trespassing which SPPD said you cant come back to this property as the owner is giving you notice. How the hell this got turned around is beyond me by police officer said the owner said it and they just are telling me and wasent that I was in trouble but if I came back would be, HUH lol So the next day the owner called me apologizing but said he needed a week to see if it turns up, I said that's fine and gave him the week, I also recorded the call as I knew now this guy lies. He called me at the end of the week as he said he would and started negotiating, lol yes not kidding, says I will buy the cufflings if you eat the price of the shirt. I said what? I asked if he was joking and he said I am trying to be reasonable. Even worst he started changing his tune from apologizing the week prior to now basically accusing me of lying with out admitting to it or actually saying that but sure made me feel like it. PEOPLE I recommend hightly if you are taking cloths worth any more then 100 bucks DONT do it they cant be trusted and customer service is horrible. HONESTLY they are not honorable I wouldn't take my underwear to have them wash it that's how bad they made me feel. I plan ON pursing legal and media means to let people know what a big crook the owner and his staff are and that this business can't be trusted. Extremely disgusted and disappointed.
