That being said customer service is not very good anymore. I bought my car in to be repaired after I was hit by a moron. My first complaint is that I had to play phone tag just to get the initial estimate. They never return phone calls when you ask them to call back. I shouldn't be chasing them down for an estimate and for them to do their job. They said the job would take two weeks. I asked if they could do it any sooner and they said they could order the parts and match the paint prior to dropping the car off which would speed things up. three weeks later I go in to pick up my car and there are flaws in the paint work (necessitating a repaint) and they failed to repair a trim piece that was damaged. So now because I have to gout of town for business I will be without my car for a month. End of the day as with most businesses nowadays, they could care less about customer service, but they want to get paid right away.

Despite keeping my vehicle for two full months, they completely ignored the loud noise coming from the front end that I explicitly pointed out from day one. When I brought up that the core issue was left unaddressed, the management became extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional instead of taking accountability. To make matters worse, the front panel they replaced is already showing clear coat peeling, blistering, and paint overspray.
