The first time I took my car to this place, I wrote positive review. A day later, my car felt like shit. Let's start from the beginning. My car was hit while it was parked on the street by someone who felt that leaving the scene was best. The damage to my car was pretty significant, or at least that's what it seemed like to me and the responding cops. I had my car towed to A&B and left it for something around 2wks. Got my car back and the body work seemed fine. As I drove it little issues started popping up that weren't there before. I took it back to the shop and they held it for 2 more weeks. This also means that they took more money from my insurance which I recently learned. My car was not ready to be returned to me, but since my insurance provider could not extend my 30 day rental, the owner of the shop did not want to give them a reason as to why I needed that extension. Instead of actually fixing the car properly it was given back to me and I was told the car is perfect. 2 days later I received a flat tire on the side they were working on the car(where the car was hit). The tire was removed and all the parts behind the wheel were 2014 after market or salvaged parts. These parts were 2-3 years older than my car. ( the labels were still on them). Since my lease was up my car was taken for a 1 day inspection by the leasing company. They were not aware of the accident but said they needed to check everything before they give me my release. My car ends up with issues during the inspection. Now I received a bill from the leasing company for the damage that was "fixed" on this car. I also have the option to fix it myself which is half of what my insurance already paid for A&B to actually fix my car. This has become the worst and most stressful experience I have ever encountered. I do not recommend this place. There are millions of other places you can goto. Maybe go to the actual dealer- might be cheaper and safer. My insurance got ripped off because of a patch up job and not only do I have to pay the leasing company for failing inspection- my premium went up because the amount that was paid out was close to $15k. Best part is the reassurance from the world about how parked car accidents don't affect you like moving/ road accidents. You're probably going to get screwed one way or another. read more

Went to A&B after my car got hit in a parking lot. Ahmed met me and went over the car, taking the time to explain to me exactly what needed to be done and answer any questions that I had. Everyday after it was dropped off, I received daily text updates to inform me of the progress of my repair. Unfortunately I was unable to pick my car up on the day it was ready and they had no problem holding it over the weekend for me. When I picked it up today, not only was the work impeccably done, they had also vacuumed the interior! I was glad that they also walked me around the car and pointed out everything that was completed. This body shop is great. After I had a small mishap on the road and had my front end of my 2015 wrx damaged a&b really took care of the car and me. They replaced anything that wad busted or had a ding or scratch on it. Joseph the geico agent was top notch and guaranteed everything would be back to factory specs and it was. Only oem parts were used and they kept me up to date. All the staff and mechanics at the shop were super friendly and their paint crew can color match anything. They color matched my world rally blue on point and I have the new shade that just got released this year. The owner and manager Lee always came out to greet me and keep me up to date with the repair process and when my grille had a nation back order allowed me to order my own grille and deducted the cost from my deductible. They are still in the process of ordering some small back ordered parts for the car but are prompt at calling you the second it comes in. Once those parts come in and i get my final alignment from them everything will be 100% again. Just got a brand new GMC Canyon and had a deer run out full speed from behind bushes and hit the side of the truck at full sprint/jump and roll down the whole side. I was sick to my stomach. I contacted the insurance and they set me up with A&B. They were fantastic to work with. The door needed to be replaced completely, as well as the sheet metal on rear door and the whole side of the bed and the rocker panel fixed. The color was an optional special order color for 2019 and I was very concerned about that. They got the truck back to me looking better than it did the day I bought it a few weeks before. They even fixed a paint defect on the gas tank door from the factor. All in all. I was extremely happy with their work and everything looks fantastic. read more

The minivan needed work on the outside and inside. I specifically pointed at areas on the minivan that needed special attention and they addressed that. I had some work done in August and was amazed how their is a old school work ethnic is alive in AB collision. The work they did was five stars. I cannot say a negative word about AB. I had brought my car to A&B to get little speckles of paint removed from both the inside and outside of the vehicle. They were all over the car and the paint really looked unrecoverable. I was recommended to A&B from a friend after his car was side swiped and they made it look like a new car again (literally looked like it just came out of the showroom). As soon as I had arrived there, a gentleman whom was very knowledgeable and had a lot of experience came outside to examine the car. He spent over an hour with me, explaining what could be done and how it would be repaired. He convinced me that the car was going to come out phenomenal, and he was right. I didn't recognize my car when I went to pick it up because I hadn't seen it in such outstanding condition since I bought it over a year ago. MARTHA and ALISSA are the GREATEST FRONT OFFICE ASSISTANT's I've ever come in contact with. On January 7th my 2014 KIA SOUL was parked on the street in front of my apartment in Princes Bay, Staten Island and was hit by a 17 yr old who skidded into the front end causing over 5,000 dollars in damage. The car was towed to A&B and sat there for 4 days waiting for the adjuster to show up. The adjuster showed up on Jan 13th and spent the entire day writing up the estimate. The worry I had was that my car was scheduled to be picked up on January 16th by Lucky Star Auto Transport from San Jose, CA. To make a VERY LONG STORY SHORT, A&B Collision started working on my KIA on Wednesday the 14th, knowing the urgency of trying to have it ready to transport by Friday, the 16th. I DIDN'T THINK IT WAS GOING TO HAPPEN. BUT IT DID - They had it ready by 1 pm and the auto transporter showed up at 6 pm to load the car for the trip back to California. Martha and Alissa put up with my anxiety, assuring me that they were doing all they could do to get the car done in time. They had a lot of patience with me and I can't thank them enough. In addition, A&B Collision DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB on the body work. The KIA looked like it just came off the assembly line. I am so grateful to them because of the stressful situation and the time constraints they were under. They came through for me with flying colors. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
