For the record, I really hate leaving bad reviews but this company deserves it. Four Towns Plumbing…read moreinstalled two toilet in my home just a few months ago, and for a while, we kept seeing water on the floor but couldn't figure out where it was coming from. After about a month or so, we realized one of the toilets was leaking. Turns out, one of the wax rings has already failed which is not normal and is clearly due to poor installation. A properly installed wax ring should last for years, not a couple of months. There's no reason this should be happening this soon. So I called them to get this fixed and they told me the repair wouldn't be covered under any sort of warranty and quoted me $245 to fix their own mistake. What a joke. I explained that this happened only a few months after they installed both toilets, and when I said I would be leaving a review based on my experience, they laughed. After checking their reviews, I've found other 1-star reviews describing the same issue so it's clear this isn't an isolated situation. It's a pattern of poor workmanship and zero accountability. Save your money and avoid this company. They don't stand behind their work, and the customer service is completely unprofessional. Hope this helps!

Look no further for excellent plumbing. We had an issue with a master bathroom right after we moved…read moreinto our new home. We had several quotes all of which were very expensive and traditional (tearing out a brand new bathroom). Modern Plumbing came in with a creative idea and went through our laundry room to access the plumbing in the master and fixed it. They saved time and money. I cannot say enough about James and the team at Modern Plumbing. They will be our Plumbers from now on excellent excellent company!

I needed a simple toilet wax seal replacement, a half-hour job, but when Hunter pulled the toilet,…read morehe noticed standing water in the waste pipe. He asked if I had any backup issues. I had observed none recently. On further investigation, I did have a serious wastewater backup. I suspected that it was due to Comcast installing fiber optics in the neighborhood, drilling in the area of water/sewer pipes. So, the rest of the afternoon, Hunter worked with a camera and an auger to locate the blockage. He located it, but it was the lateral under my neighbor's driveway, which needed to be resolved by the utility company. Hunter asked me to let him know the outcome. It turned out to be a big deal. Indeed, the clay pipe was broken by Comcast's subcontractor drilling to install fiber duct. So, I knew there would be finger-pointing the like. I got it resolved, after a call to the PSC and a lot of back-and-forth. Sunshine Water sucked out the sewer and repaired the cracked pipe. I texted Hunter when the repair was complete, sending him photos of the cracked Clay pipe. I had shared his report with Sunshine Water, which gave them confidence in locating the break. This was very helpful because they couldn't get a camera in there due to the pipe being full of *(**&*&*. After I texted Hunter, he called me to ask how it went. I gave him the lowdown. In my long experience with home repair contractors and service companies, I have rarely encountered employees like Hunter. He left a job with loose ends beyond his control, but he cared enough about the job to want to know how it was resolved. Please thank him for me. And if I need plumbing services in the future, Modern Plumbing Industries is who I'll be dealing with. They're straight shooters, they communicate, they show up, and they have employees who give a damn. Thanks for staying family-owned!

Brian did a good job (or what I thought initially). We…read morehired him to replace a fitting at the meter of my home. However, ever since then, we've had pressure and backup issues whenever we take a shower and sand comes back up through the shower. And I cannot emphasize enough how these issues began exactly after he replaced the fitting. Prior to this, and after living here for 10 years, we never had any issues with our pressure or backup etc, so we just need them to return and troubleshoot why this is happening. Three stars for the effort I guess? Because I'm not sure if there is a way to prove that they are the cause to messing up our system. I just find the timing ironic and I'm hoping that they took all precautions and protocols that he would take on anyone else's home to safeguard our pipes when he worked on it. If anyone knows if there's a way I could have this investigated somehow with forensics or some thing, would you please friend and message me here? I have to get to the bottom of this. Thank you so very much.

I had a broken pipe under my prefab home. Ryan came out to access the situation. Short of wearing a…read morescuba suit there was no way to physically get under the house to make the repair, but he helped get a broken pump up and running (he didn't charge me for the first visit) then returned after the water levels dropped, found and repaired the water line break in short order. I used to work as a handyman for about a decade until I got physically disabled and have had contact with a number of less than reputable plumbers in my time who would charge outrageous amounts for the smallest issues, but Ryan came, was friendly and cooperative in everything that needed to be done, then charged me about 60% of what I had expected to have to pay (What I know other plumbers would have charged in an emergency situation). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ryan and the Orlando's Best Plumber to any of my friends and family. Five Solid Stars. He will definitely be getting my business again in the future as I have several small non-emergency plumbing projects coming up. Ryan Wasser is a credit to the profession.
