Incompetence and indifference a bad combo. Bought a used unit they had taken on trade. Unit well…read morecared for with low miles. Ensured multiple times how unit had been winterized, oil changed, and that unit was ready to roll. Asked twice if a pre-delivery inspection checklist was utilized. Ensured they did so, and that it was completely ready to go. Took unit straight to outdoor storage for 3 weeks and had several days of freezing temps. Weather warmed for a short time, so we used the RV. Discovered unit had not been winterized, grey tank was ~2/3 full, black tank ~1/3, no anti-freeze in pipes, oil not changed, generator exhaust pipe was hanging loose below unit, all tires low air pressure. Brought unit back expecting nothing more than an explanation of how this happened, an apology and a quick fix of these items. No apology, empathy or taking of responsibility. Reluctantly agreed to fix the items but made us leave it without a clear return date, which ruined our planned Thanksgiving trip. Upon pickup, thought we would get a better explanation and some kind of apology, maybe a wash of the RV to make us feel a bit better... but instead, more excuses, double talk, indifference and attitude. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place... we are certain, the same stuff is happening with their own Phoenix products. After replacing my gray water tank around the middle of May 2025 they inadvertently put a screw…read morethrough a hydraulic line while reinstalling the under belly. I was unaware of this until a month later I noticed hydraulic fluid seeping from the edge onto the frame. I checked fluid tank which was a quart low. I finally got it in for service July 15th in Dewey, AZ where they found the screw into the hydraulic line. After hydraulic line replacement and degreasing it cost me $1000.00. I contacted Custom RV repair several times and got the runaround as they said they'd have Brian call me which he never did. Don't trust this business as they won't back up their work or mistakes. Removed a sofa and loveseat. Replaced a sofa with two person wall hugging recliners. Perfect. Had a fireplace cabinet made to exactly fit where the loveseat was. Wonderful. we have heat and ambiance on cool days. In addition to that hand made cabinet, they added a smart tv which slides down when not in use. Repaired a gas leak in our fridge and repaired the sealed compartment. Removed an old tv from above our windshield that we didn't like the location. They built a new cabinet there to fill the space and matched our woodwork! To top that off, we had them tear out old walls and replace them with fresh new walls. Put in a smart tv to replace the old tv in bedroom. Rewired all the satellite and antenna wires. They also found a gas leak under our RV and fixed it. We just can't say enough about the work and craftsmanship. If I could, I would give ten stars. Better than we ever imagined.

Shameful.

I explained how I was told a ballpark number near $400. He said I don't know where the number would have come from. Picked up the unit today, stared a conversation about how much the cost differs from the ballpark quote. The owner very quickly stated he doesn't work for free and the lady never told me those numbers. He said either pay $1185 or leave the unit . I understand not working for free.. however nobody would accept a cost of three times the original ballpark without even a phone call to see if this is ok to proceed. Will never return and will advertise often about my experience. The requested work was not satisfactory either, didn't even do a complete reseal as asked, touched up the vents not new sealant, the lights were also not resealed either. See photos

My slide had to be removed for repairs and, because of manufacturing defects, some rotted floor had to be replaced, and some other issues along with electrical (again, a dealer caused problem). I stopped there on a trip and let them have it for 2 days and the work was done very well. They were very professional, friendly, and accommodating. Even though they are 1,000 miles from my house, I will save any major repair that can make it here until I am on a trip so they can work on it. Very happy customer here.

I'm from Fresno, TX and had issues with my 5.5Kw Onan Gas Generator not running properly in my toy…read morehauler. It would run anywhere from 30 seconds to sometimes maybe 20 minutes and stop. Sometimes it wouldn't even restart. Anyhow, I had made up my mind to get it repaired when I was in Elkhart, IN after finishing up with my MorRyde maintenance visit. I googled Onan generator repair shops near me and these guys showed up. They were highly rated! I contacted Luis Arias and they were able to look at my unit on 7/17/26. He diagnosed the problem immediately, repairs were completed and I was gone within one hour and 20 minutes at the most. My controller board was bad and had to be replaced. He also installed a relay which would allow my generator to work with an aftermarket fuel pump in case I couldn't find an OEM pump. The repair costs was more than fair. These guys are friendly, knowledgeable and know just what to look for! Now my generator runs like a champ! It's runs much smoother and quieter. I would highly recommend this company if you're in the Elkhart area and having issues with your on-board generator. They stay busy but he worked me in since I was so far from home. Top notch company! You won't be disappointed.
