The cap was exactly what I had ordered color matched to fit my 2026 Silverado 3500 HD Trail Boss. It arrived in less than 4 weeks. The installation was completed within an hour. The cap installed, brake light and interior lights wired, and remote lock for rear hatch wired and programed. A couple notes of interest. The cap was dusty and needed cleaned. The remote lock didn't work the first time I tried it. Fortunately I was still there and they quickly took care of the issue. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The price was way below competitors pricing. So, if your in the market for a new cap I would highly recommend GEM detailing.

They did not touch any of the door jams. The interior still had dirt in the cup holders. Dirt on the back seat and rear hatch floor. The ceiling was also still dirty. I don't think they even touched these areas. I asked to counter clerk several times what was included in a exterior detail and could not get a straight answer. He just mumbled around. I didn't get the impression he even knew. Previous detail work I have had done at other shops has been great. I will not be going back to or recommending gem to anyone.

I've had this particular branch repair one windshield and replace another, both on newer vehicles that required re-calibration of the electronics platform. In both instances, I was remarkably impressed with the cordiality of the technicians who serviced my vehicles. When asking questions, I never encountered the type of sarcasm or dismissive attitude that individuals in the industry tend to use with customers. In fact, it was always quite the opposite. The employees were extremely pleasant, called to update me on the process, and once even dropped me off at home so I didn't need to wait in the shop (I'm thinking specifically of Gage, Don, and Matt, all of whom couldn't have provided any better service)! Although I hope I don't need to return to Safelite (meaning I'd obviously prefer for my windshield not to get damaged), I'll be sure to call this location promptly if I ever need a repair in the future.

Removed a sofa and loveseat. Replaced a sofa with two person wall hugging recliners. Perfect. Had a fireplace cabinet made to exactly fit where the loveseat was. Wonderful. we have heat and ambiance on cool days. In addition to that hand made cabinet, they added a smart tv which slides down when not in use. Repaired a gas leak in our fridge and repaired the sealed compartment. Removed an old tv from above our windshield that we didn't like the location. They built a new cabinet there to fill the space and matched our woodwork! To top that off, we had them tear out old walls and replace them with fresh new walls. Put in a smart tv to replace the old tv in bedroom. Rewired all the satellite and antenna wires. They also found a gas leak under our RV and fixed it. We just can't say enough about the work and craftsmanship. If I could, I would give ten stars. Better than we ever imagined.

They failed miserably and refused to even want to look at why the units were leaking horribly. I took pictures and videos and sent them to Dusty but he refused to even look at it and kept saying it wasn't his fault. They actually installed them incorrectly and the AC units were not installed in their correct positions allowing condensate water to spill into the trailer. Horrible service, work and attitude. Shameful.
