I was a loyal customer for five years. However, Manager Ashley is very rude. A few weeks ago, I complimented her on my haircut. Today, I came in, and she refused to cut my hair because she was somehow offended by my compliment regarding the haircut from a few weeks prior. She did this in front of three other customers. All she had to do was ask me for clarification, and I would have clarified it for her. I even asked her to speak with me privately so I could clarify, but she refused and started yelling. She's not that bright, though, so she wouldn't have understood anyway. Good riddance. read more

Honeslty the hair cut was great but the entire experience was very weird. I don't know her name but the short haired red head who I belive is the manager started talking about politics and saying some very nasty things regarding certain groups of people. She also was not focused on me at all. She kept going back and forth to train someone and cut my hair. And when she was focused on me she was being very unprofessional with her topics. like I said talking about politics, the trans community, and her employee. I have been acustomer for two years. Every month I get my hair cut. In the past I have tried to make an appointment but was told we don't do that. We are first come first served. Well today, not so much. Signed in and sat down. Another customer came in and signed in after me. The available stylist was telling a story to the other stylist, a long story. Kind of strange with two customers waiting. She apparently knew the customer who came in after me. Well she took him next. I just got up and walked out. As I was leaving the working stylist said. I have been going to Pro Cuts for 3+ years. I find all of the stylist to be very professional and courteous. I do however have Manny cut my hair on a regular basis. Manny listens to exactly what I want and delivers exactly what I want. Manny is very professional and courteous in performing his duties as a hairstylist. He is kind and is a very social person. He always goes out of his way to make sure that his customers are 100% satisfied. I recommend him Manny highly. My grandsons also go to Manny and he also treats them with respect and caters to their hair needs as well. read more

The stylist who cut my hair was very nice but didn't really listen to what I wanted. Gave me way too many layers and didn't blend them at all, and cut off several inches and then told me it was only one. I don't recommend. read more

So disappointed with my haircut. Typically I go to a cost cutters near this area but due to no walk in availability I tried our pro cuts and I deeply regret it. I just wanted an overall trim and needed my curtain bangs shorter since they grew out. It looks like my toddler daughter got her craft scissors and cut my bangs. I couldn't look at myself in the mirror and couldn't speak up since the staff was so friendly. I rushed home and tried styling my bangs- hoping that would fix this. No luck. I've never cried over a haircut before. I deeply regret this and I wish I would've waited for cost cutters. I keep mentioning cost cutters to indicate I don't go anywhere fancy for my haircut and I've been satisfied before. I'm so sad and I was embarrassed to go back to work. Pilar, Berta, and Angel have never steered me wrong. One time i went in with a HORRIBLE haircut i got in Florida and Pilar fixed it right up. Berta always doesn't my Nana's hair and she does great. I will only let one of the three girls I mentioned touch my hair. I get my hair cut and styled here all the time. If you don't have a regular stylist you go to and you don't want to go to a cheap cost cutters Pro-Cuts on Silverbell is the way to go. My only complaint is they always off you to buy products, but if you get her hair cut who doesn't do that! read more

Are they as good a salon? Not always. Are they a chop-shop set out to butcher your hair? No I've frequented this Pro-Cuts for years when I haven't gotten around to making an appointment with my regular stylist (life happens sometimes, you know?). When they have the "No Waiting" sign up, they mean it and that's generally when I pop in. My last visit I was in and out in 15 minutes with a quick trim that I desperately needed. The stylists are cheery and always seem glad for the business. If you are looking for a quick trim, they can do the job here just fine. read more

I took my son here for a quick haircut . It was my first time here at pro cuts . I was disappointed that I was charged a regular 15.00 mens cut for a child trim . He has short hair and it's not like he had really long hair that needed extra attention . Super cuts and cost cutters at least charge 12.95 for a child hair trim . I've been in Tucson for 2 years now and since I moved here, I've been looking for a hair place that I can become a regular at. Unfortunately I don't think this one is it. While this place is a bit more upscale than the surround hair salons in the area and may be a great place for women's hair cuts I personally didn't like it for men. Pricing is a little more than average for a franchise hair salon running at about $15 bucks for a men's cut. I might try this place again after I try a few others in the area before i settle down and pick which ones I like the best. Even though I think its just an average hair salon, it is actually better than most of the other ones I've experienced. read more

Have been coming here for some months now. Arrived to a wait of 30 minutes with 2 people ahead of me. Not a problem, I'm a patient person. I proceed to bury myself in my phone to pass the time. After about 35 minutes I hear my name and look up to see a third person was taken ahead of me. Stylist A was telling Stylist B that she "accidentally" skipped me. Unacceptable. I no longer plan to ever support this business at any location since they decided to waste my time, take someone ahead of me, and not even have the courage to come and apologize to me. Most horific hair cut ever. My husband and I had been going to Pro- Cuts store #12244 located at Cardinal and Valencia for years. I always give a 20% tip. Last Friday I went for a simple trim and ended up with terribly un- evenly chopped hair as well as a hole cut into my hair above my ear. I then returned Saturday to have it corrected by the "stylist" who messed it up. I waited, after being told by the manager the "stylist" would be right out, but never showed, after awhile the manager decided to attempt to correct my hair but left it even worse. Sunday I returned to show the initial "stylist" what she had done. She showed NO concern what so ever, I then spoke to the mgr. and requested a refund and was told she had to talk to corporate and would call me Tuesday. Monday I received a call from "stylist" who said her mgr. told her she HAD to call and tell me there was NO refund. I requested the number for corporate and they never returned my call. Corporates recording "Emily" actually states, " I will return your call at my OWN convenience". Needless to say I had to go elsewhere. My hair is now shorter than I ever expected. Beware read more

Totally disappointed with the haircut I received from (RA) at Cardinal & Valencia store#12244 on 10/7/15. I thought my instructions were clear, but obviously not . . . the first cut she made was to hack off 2" from the length of my hair. I immediately told her to STOP!!! But there really was no other option than to let her trim the rest of my hair, and now I have a "pixie cut" instead medium length hair. She was rude & "indifferent" to me the entire time . . . never once tried to apologize . . . insisted that she did exactly as I said . . . and the only smile I received from her the entire time (from greeting to completion) was on my way out the door. I have been coming here off/on for 7 years and have had 2 other bad haircuts in the past, but no stylist that made me so angry. Good riddance!!!! read more
