Sent bike through another shop up there, bike arrived and even though they were unsure they could build yesterday after UPS dropped off, I got a call a few hours later saying she was built, tuned up clean and ready to ride. Incredible customer service, will certainly be back to both send the bike back north + anything else I need while here. Nice collection of bikes from all parts of the spectrum + a healthy amount of gear, tools and snacks. I brought in a 2022 trek hybrid ridden 5 times $550 new, Brad offered me $25 for the trade in. When I tested the Momentum, they didn't even open the door for me to get the bike out. There was one other customer in the store. No customers the last two times I was there, obviously for good reason. I see no reviews since 2022 on yelp. Simply AWFUL.
