Had my bike shipped here from Brooklyn in order to train for a South Florida ride I'm doing in February. As you can imagine, winter riding in the northeast...not always an option. However, when your parents live in the panhandle, December/January riding is possible. Anyway, found BP through Google and the process from start to finish was flawless. Sent bike through another shop up there, bike arrived and even though they were unsure they could build yesterday after UPS dropped off, I got a call a few hours later saying she was built, tuned up clean and ready to ride. Incredible customer service, will certainly be back to both send the bike back north + anything else I need while here. Nice collection of bikes from all parts of the spectrum + a healthy amount of gear, tools and snacks. Great location, too, old town seems to be booming and they're right where they should be to capture it all. A+! read more

If I could give them 10 stars i would, I have bought two Velotric D2 bikes for myself and wife with in the last 30 days, dealing with Chris at the Pensacola Location, I had a couple of issues with my bike, Chris went out of his way to take care of us, he had me a New Bike shipped in two days, unreal customer service, you owe it to yourself to go see Chris at the Pensacola Location. Visited the shop looking for a new saddle for my bike. I'm new to riding and the owner was so very helpful without making me feel inadequate for not knowing as much as the elite riders. He went above and beyond in suggesting ways I could alleviate my saddle pain. I plan on bringing my bike back for a proper fitting! Great little store in a great location! read more

I have been here multiple times to get my bike worked on. I have always gotten great personal service and support from these guys. Prices are fair, service is fast. Even have a great location right downtown on Palafox. They have rental bikes as well if you are in town on vacation and want to enjoy the nice flat area that Pensacola provides. Local Service to the extreme. I went in and was looking for a specific style of beach cruiser with a certain color. They had plenty to choose from and has my bike in and assembled really fast. When I went to pick up I bought some accessories and they installed those while I went and had a cup of coffee. Great environment, Great service, 5 Stars all the way. read more

Lost or Sold My Trek 500 This happened a few years ago, but I am still angry about it so I will write it now because it still bugs me. I dropped my bike off at the Creighton Rd location (now closed). It was 6 months before they called me about it, I just needed minor tune up stuff. When they called they said "Mr B***, we are calling to let you know that your Schwinn is ready. I didn't own a Schwinn, I owned a Trek. Three months went by. Still now word. I called them and they said they would be getting to it soon. I am military and I got deployed for a year. When I got back the location had closed and they no longer had my bike. My wife had my cell phone while I was gone and had not received a call from them. I went by the new location and asked about it they said "You should have picked your bike up!" without looking at their records or asking any questions. I am out a bicycle and I am sure they profited nicely on selling my bike even though they never called to tell me it was fixed. read more

Rent a bicycle from this place if you'd like to explore Pensacola! The staff was top-notch & very helpful. Just a word of advice: If you plan to bike & bus, choose a bike with tires narrow enough to fit on the ECAT bus's bike rack. The standard rental has heavy duty tires which are great for cruising around the city but too large for the bus bike rack. Not a criticism of Bikes Plus. The problem lies with the bus system. read more
