If I could give 0 stars I would. I'm very well versed in the hair industry and have worked in some of the countries finest salons as I was the Creative Director for a very well known Celebrity Hairstylist based out of Beverly Hills. They have no idea how great one of their product lines(Unite) is, whom I have a great working relationship with. If Unite knew how rude and unprofessional the staff was I'm certain they'd pull their line from their shelves as Unite this is not the way the company would want to be portrayed. I know this as I've been working with Unite since 2009. I've referred people there for the sole purpose they carry Unite as you can't find it in very many places. My friend spent over $200 , $200 DOLLARS AT A BLOW DRY BAR. One of the stylists recommended the Kevin Murphy Dry Shampoo because in her words is way better then Unite and is the best smelling product ever. Well fast forward to this morning when I went to spray it in my friends hair to fix it because it was greasy from them not rinsing out all of the conditioner out of her fringe area. As I sprayed it my friend immediately stopped me because she hated the way it smelled. So today I went in to return it and the two girls at the front were so rude and told me that even though it was paid for in cash there could be no refund, just a gift card for in the store so essentially I, who has more experience in high end luxury hair salons then all of the people in that place put together am treated very poorly all because we were disappointed with one product, just one of like seven that have been purchased there over the last 4 weeks. I feel sorry for them because this is the third time I've been in there and not one chair in the place had a client in it. Hmmmm I wonder why??? After many unsuccessful attempts at trying to reach the owner we went back and upon entering the snotty girl behind the computer greets us with a "what's up?" And said the owner was there and will be right back. Did she come in to try and diffuse any of this? I'll help you out, she stayed away and had someone else refund us the $28.00 and wouldn't even show her face and make things right(very spineless). Any time one of my stylists in the past had made a mistake or a salon guest was unhappy I would go above and beyond to win the loyalty of that guest. Be careful visiting this place because if for some reason you leave unhappy you will be treated like you know nothing and are beneath them. As the 2 girls mocked us as all I could think of is I truly hope they will figure out how to treat salon guests and stay educated because they too could feel the enjoyment of driving away in a $70,000.00 car. I love Pro Do! I travel for business and have been to several small and chain blow out bars. Pro Do is by far the best in the nation! Of course the most important thing is how your hair turns out, and at Pro Do, it is perfect every time. I have seen many of the stylists and they all do a great job. Pro Do has changed not just my hair, but even how I travel. I used to take pounds of hair product with me on every trip - never failing to take full size bottles of my favorite products. Now, I go into Pro Do before catching a flight, and my hair is good to go for four days. With the Kevin Murphy Fresh Hair (dry shampoo) that they sell in travel size, I am now on the road with a carry on every time. Their customer service is top notch and they always make you feel welcome. All of the gals have beautiful welcoming smiles on every time you walk in the door. Since I am member, I frequent at least twice per month, but usually much more often. If you haven't tried it, you must! Great experience and life changing! I have used Pro Do for many services both personal and professional. The stylists have always done a fantastic job with my hair, making it look beautiful and special for any occasion! Last year, I used Pro Do and their style bus for one of my client events! The fully decked out salon bus came to our venue two hours before our event and set up shop. The bus was adorably decorated, and really gave a sense of glamour to the evening. We had six of our top clients and our staff for the evening visit the bus to get styled. Every person's hair looked amazing throughout the three hour event! I love going to Pro Do! All the girls are very nice and they make you feel welcome. As soon as you walk in the door you know your going to be taken care of. They are the best when it comes to styling hair. I have to say my favorite part of getting my hair done is getting it washed. They style it the way you want it done I have went there a few time and just told them to do what ever they want. I'm really picky when it comes to getting my hair done and they have never let me down. They will even tell you what and how you can keep the look for days. I love visiting Pro-Do and I try to make it in at least twice a month. Jenn and Pam are so cheerful and they have a real knack for making everyone feel welcome, remembered and appreciated. The stylists really listen and they know how to bring out the beauty in each of us. Nikki is my favorite, she is so professional and has tremendous talent. She does a fabulous job with whatever you ask for. The salon is very clean and bright. I was looking for a blow dry bar in Salt Lake City, UT on the way to a night out with my girl friends and came across this little gem! I LOVE THIS PLACE, by far the best hair stylists! I loved my hair so much I had to go back. Also when i get my hair done here, the blowout literally lasts for days. I can wake up 2 days in a row and still have the same style. Tasia was fantastic. My personal stylist usually washes my hair weekly but we had a conflict this week; I was in a bind. It was so easy to schedule a Monday morning blowout. I've got 4 rows of extensions and I spent less than an hour at the salon. The shampoo was incredible with a scalp and neck massage; such a relaxing touch. I LOVE Pro Do~ I finally love my hair. The stylist's are not only beautiful but talented. The salon is very chic and has a nice vibe. I have a membership so they see me at least 2x a month. I made the appointment to have my hair styled for a special occasion. Making the appt online was easy, my stylist Taja was so sweet and engaging and prompt, as I was on a tight schedule, and most importantly, she did such a great job and listened to what I wanted, my hair has never looked, felt and smelled so good! At Pro Dry you are treated like a ROCK-STAR!! I have benefited from their services many times. I brought all my girls in to have their hair done (age range 10-16), For my wedding, before work, even for lunch (They have the cure for a bad hair day), and for special occasions. Pro do is amazing! Their salon is SO cute and very clean and professional. I always feel so welcomed when I walk in and I leave feeling amazing!
