I requested a quote without her coming to my home first due to my time constraints and when she arrived there were still a lot of things for me to finish up (there was a narrow path between an overflowing bin of recycling and parts of a bicycle/workout equipment). They started upstairs while I got the downstairs cleared out and spent maybe four hours to clean the roughly 1600sf and at the end of it my house looked amazing. They even cleaned the inside of my fridge (which needed it!) and organized my food :) Baseboards windowsills, and floors all scrubbed and clean and everything looking and smelling great. Then she said the charge was a lot less than the original quote. I wish they were able to continue to provide services for me once I move but I will be too far out of range. I have used a lot of companies to clean (I moved 9 times in 11 years for both move out and move in services) and this is by far the best experience I have ever had - both the cost and the service.

Ever since about 2010, I've used American Maid as my go-to cleaning service. Carol's and Desiree's teams have always been unbelievably nice, detailed and so easy to talk to! They're very focused on the specific cleaning needs like my grill or removing bad odor because of my dogs(which the maids absolutely love lol). Another thing I like is how Mindy knows my name every time I call. It's like they know me on a personal basis, making me feel more comfortable and treats me like we're friends. The cost, however, is not the cheapest. The last cleaning that was done costed almost $300, but it's well worth it because I always request 4-5 star cleanings. American Maid is my only cleaning company I'll use. Staff are amazing and my house is always clean. They definitely deserve 5 stars!

She was…read moreeven kind enough to change cleaning the day for our old apartment due to circumstances beyond our control. We're retirees and packing boxes in preparation for the movers was the most exhausting experience, but Marina was pleasantly accommodating. She promptly arrived at 9:00 AM, as we had arranged, and after taking a cursory look inside the apartment she offered her price, which was more than fair, and less than she had originally quoted on line. We ran to the bank to get some cash and other business and by the time we returned Marina & her assistant were done. We conducted an inspection and found the old apartment as good, if not better, than when we originally moved in (5-years ago). Absolutely everything was sparkling clean, to include windows, kitchen appliances, bathrooms and the rest of the 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit. We were amazed at how fast she worked and gladly handed her the payment asked for, to include a small tip for her excellent work. By anyone's standards, Marina's Cleaning Service is highly recommended. We even inquired of her if she would be interested in providing once a month cleaning service at our new apartment and although she's based in Tacoma, WA, she said she would accept the job. Again, highly recommended.
