I purchased Cleveland launchers from Pro golf June 28th and the salesman said it would be 10 days before I go them. I called them up , they said because of the delay it would be July 22nd . They lied and I called them and they said it would be July 28th before I got them. I will never use Pro Golf again. Went in for some insight on potentially changing the grips of my clubs and was completely ignored. Maybe I look like I don't have any money to spend on golf equipment? Had to wait in line to get any sort of assistance, when I got there the only advice the young cashier had was "to change them and find out". Absolutely no advice offered or any sort of demonstration of even liking golf from the guy. There's no "discount" to this place either, you would have better luck chatting with an AI bot from the manufacturer's website. One would imagine there would be some sort of actual demo clubs with a variety of grips to actually get a swing in for some feel. Save your time and just order equipment online, going in is an absolute waste of time. Lynnwood needs more selection when it comes to purchasing golf equipment in person. read more

I have always had the very greatest admiration for Clark Cannon and his staff, but they completely outdid themselves once again. I started shopping there three years ago when I started playing. A gentleman that is unfortunately no longer part of the staff got me into the Tour Edge Bazooka 370 packaged set with Senior flex (I'm over 50). It's been a great set for me over these last three years, and along with lessons, I've been making substantial progress. Lately, I've been struggling to get my driver over 200 yards. I've been stuck at around 184. I've spoken with Clark about upgrading to a better line of Tour Edge's, and then I happened to see the Cleveland Launcher XL Halo irons online. They're very similar to the Tour Edge E524 iron-woods. I went into the store yesterday, and spoke with Jake Masters about the Cleveland's, and they were even on sale too! When I asked him "OK, so if I wanted to fill out the rest of a bag with Cleveland's, what would you recommend?". His response was "We have a full packaged set that would suit you perfectly!". It was a lot less than if I had added an individual driver, fairway woods, hybrid, wedges, putter and bag. He didn't have to do that. He could've sold me something for a lot more money, but this man is not only very honest, he happens to be in my eyes a consummate professional. As is everyone on staff at this store. The proof is in the pudding. Yeah sure, you can order online for the same price, but you won't get someone like Jake, or any of the rest of the staff at this location. I have yet to be "steered wrong" by anyone there. The end result? Yesterday, I hit that Tour Edge Bazooka 370 10.5° driver 184. Today I hit the Cleveland Launcher XL Halo Lite 10.5° driver 200. Went here to get a new set of clubs. Overall, seems to be priced pretty fairly although everything has gotten more expensive these days. The service and staff was extremely nice and patient, I worked with Ryan he was great! Plenty of parking in front and not hard to get to related to all of the other shopping near the mall. I been to this store many of times. I bought grips clubs balls clothes and a bunch of other golf accessories. The selection is pretty vast and great. Prices fair. But what really gets me is that some of the people there not all but some are just pretentious, rude, look down upon you, and with disrespectful attitude. I went in for some golf togs and a putter. There were two other customers in the store while I was there. About five people I saw that worked there. Got my clothes choices made without anyone asking if I needed help. Wandered around looking for their putters, found them and started looking through them. Was there for at least 5 minutes and saw several guys hanging out and around near by. No one looked our way (with a friend who helped with the clothes purchase BTW) Finally said forget it and walked up to pay. The guy asked me if I found everything. I said sort of, I planned to buy a putter, not one person came to ask if I needed help. So I'm buying these and going I guess. If I could give more stars, I would.... Only golf shop that I will deal with even though it's an hour drive for me. The staff is awesome. Especially, Ryan Wood, the shop pro. It doesn't matter if your getting fitted, need coaching, or just have some quick questions about your swing, Ryan is your guy. Ryan knows my bag, my wife's bag, and both of my sons bags off the top of his head. He is a truly amazing coach as well, brought me down from shooting high 90s low 100s to mid to low 80s. I personally call to see if Ryan is working before I go in, but don't get me wrong, everyone there is awesome. He handles everything for our bags, I won't even change my grips without consulting Ryan first!!!!! Not a place to brag about your experience but as a new golfer I get excited when I walk into places like this full of fun golf toys i need to buy! My mission was to get some sort of shorts or pants & new golf shoes. It took a few minutes to get someone's attention to try on a pair of shoes but fortunately the first pair he brought me fit. They had a great sale rack for women's clothing but it was really frustrating that they only had ONE dressing room in the whole entire store. My friend and I waited and waited while a lady was in there having a fashion show or something. We were in a bit of a hurry because we had a Tee time to get to. Absolutely awesome experience! Ask for Jordan the guy was great. Helped me find the right irons and new driver. Had been using mizuno p-57 but had to make the switch and found some cobra amps that are easier to hit and even got them custom fitted for free. Also bought a new driver all custom fitted and all for well under my budget. Jordan took the time I needed and even helped out other customers when I was swinging on the simulator to make sure every customer was getting their questions answered. Initial review is 5 stars. Friendly staff, the Asian guy who helped me out was very kind, very knowledgeable and let me try clubs that meets my needs. I have been golfing for many years and I was going to purchase the clubs here because he made me confident. He told me they price match any big retail stores such as dick's sporting goods, pga superstore and so on. Anyways I stop by couple of days after the initial visit to check the bags. This is when they burned me. Tall skinny guy who was standing in the cashier was so unfriendly along the short guy who also had some attitude problem. I asked for him to check a bag and he went in the back to see if they had options but he came out empty handed and said 1 word. 'NOPE' didn't even offer me to check their other store or anything. Way to do business young man. So I got little upset and I just grabbed 1 accessories that I needed that was on the basket for clearance. The price said $10. So I checked out with the tall skinny guy and he goes "$27.50. " so I told him " but the price tag says..." He cuts me off and says, "$10" Ok what a rude guy trying to trick me or something? So if I didn't ask, would have charged me the full price? How dare to cut me off? I will never go back to this place, rather I will drive 25 minutes to go to dickssportinggoods. Count yourselves down $700 today. Went there with the wife and were trying to purchase golf clubs for my daughter(6yr old) and son(10yr old). We had picked everything out and my daughter of course had to go to the bathroom. So my wife asked to use the bathroom for her and got told "no". Really??? Lynnwood location. Outstanding customer service. I called for a new set of Ping irons, thinking I wanted the regular off the rack set up because I had used a friends with the same head lie angles and shafts. The store had one set left and was able to hold it for me until I was able to make it there. I met with the manager Clark to purchase the irons and he immediately knew they were likely not appropriate for me due to my build. Clark spent the time with me properly fitting me and trying out different shafts and head lie angles. He seemed to genuinely care and wanted to make sure I had the best club for "me". I did not feel rushed. In the end I got the exact Ping irons I wanted but with the right lie angle and type of shaft that worked best for me. It was my first time into the store but I can see myself being a returning customer. read more

Not that I've had a terribly bad experience here... i just haven't had a good one. I've gone in wanting to purchase a new driver, or new shoes, or even just balls... but I have never purchased from them for "some reason" i can't put my finger on. The hours of operation are quite odd and are not really reasonable for normal working hours. I've attempted to go in twice and they have been closed... I know, duh... check the hours before going. My bad, not them. The people working here seem to have a "i'm better than you" type of attitude. They are there, but aren't really ever helpful. General answers, and almost a pretending to help mood. Golf USA in Bothell (canyon park) has been way more helpful and I have spent my money there. read more

Pro Golf has always treated me as a valued customer as opposed to one of their competitors in the Seattle area. On my last visit, they went out of their way to provide the type of club the club manufacturer recommended for me but Pro Golf did not have that particular club. However, they came up with a solution that was perfect although it reduced their profit. The competitor golf store was not willing to think out of the box and sent me on my way. read more

I keep kicking myself any time I go back to this store. The first time I went in, every man that walked in before and after me got a, "Hello" or "Hi, is there anything I can help you find?" Me? Nope, nothing. Not even an acknowledgement of a glance that I'd entered the store. And for a small store, there are a fair number of employees. I went in a second time, realizing that while the customer service is poor, it's really the closest golf store in my area, and I needed to buy a new bag for my husband's birthday. That's when I was greeted by Ric. Ric teaches at Columbia Super Range, and he's a very personable guy. He helped me pick out a fantastic Ogio bag. He gets customer service. I have a feeling Ric is no longer working at Pro Golf, since he hasn't been there the past couple of times I went back. I think I was holding out hope that Ric would be there, but no, just the usual of being ignored. That's it. Never going back. I've had now probably 8 visits to this store over the past few years, and I've been ignored each and every time. I'll head miles out of my way to get what I need. The guys at Pro Golf Northgate were super friendly any time I went in. Always asking if I needed any assistance with clubs or ready to hand me the key to the dressing room if I needed to try on apparel. The sad thing, the store is CLOSING!! :-( So, Lynnwood Pro Golf, you give me the feeling that I, being a female, just don't count as a paying customer. Been in the store numerous times, bought a new putter, a new bag and balls on several occasions. Always welcomed right when you walk in, staff is friendly and helpful. I made my first "big" purchase there yesterday with a new set of irons, Gentleman named Gary helped me out and was AWESOME! Answered all of my questions, showed me a new grip that I love. I'm a bigger guy with a bit of a belly and so is Gary so he knew exactly what I needed what would work and what wouldn't.... I don't generally post reviews but i went into the lynnwood store as i was staying in the area driving in from Canada. I had read the reviews prior to going into the store and they seem pretty spot on. I found a shirt i liked as asked if they had a small size and the sales guy responded in a snarky tone "what we have out there is everything left" as i was suppose to know they don't have inventory in the back. I went to the cash register and rung up my purchases. After i went back to Canada i found out that the marked down price of 39.99 wasn't applied to my shirt purchase. I got charged the original price of 59.99. I called in to the lynnwood store and the guy advised me nothing i could do unless i come back in to the store. I called the bellingham store as they were closer to me. I wanted to make sure they could refund it if i came in. They refunded it to me without any problems. Needless to say i will be shopping in the bellingham one in the future. read more

Worst customer service experience I have had in long time. Bought a pair of shoes 15 months ago at this store took them back and they called the vendor and he was told the manufacturer would warranty them. I asked rather than having to wait for the replacements to show up they give me a pair off the wall that they have and they just put the ones the factory sends in stock. He tells me that's not an option because if they don't send the a color they stock then the store is stuck with them. Well what if I don't want the shoes they send me I asked he says not his problem, take it up with the manufacturer. This will be the last time I shop at this store for anything! read more

My father and I have spent alot of money here in the past. I went in to get two clubs re-gripped. I'm not a super serious golfer but I picked out two grips that felt comfortable. The person assisting me said they only had one left in stock but that he could give me the store display as my second one. I asked if it would be the same price as the brand new one in the wrapping. I expected him to knock literally one or two dollars off since many people had presumably been rubbing their questionably dirty hands on it, and I wasn't keen on paying full price for an example that many other strangers had grabbed and rubbed. Anyways, we went back and forth a little bit and I told him I would take my business elsewhere and his response was "Sounds good to me." I spent a lot of time and money at this store without issue over the last couple of years. Recently I had an issue with a club repair. I was given a repair cost but when I went to pick up and pay for the club the repair cost had gone up $10. Not a huge deal being only $10 but it was the principle of the matter. The employee ringing me up said there was nothing he could do about it as the guy who does the repairs was not working. I paid for the repair and then asked to speak with the store manager CLARK CANNON. Clark couldn't bother to come out and speak with me and instead I was sent back to his office. Clark never got out of his chair and didn't even turn his chair around all of the way to talk to me. Clark had a handful of receipts and appeared irritated that I was interrupting him. Clark told me that I needed to discuss my $10 issue with the repair guy and there was nothing he could do about it. I asked if the repair guy was his employee and he said that he was but that I needed to speak to the repair guy. Then Clark shifted gears and started accusing me of calling the repair guy a "liar". It was the most bizarre and unprofessional interaction that I have ever had with a sales manager. No people or communication skills at all. He didn't even try. Ironically when I went to leave, the guy who had initially rang me up had called the off-duty repair guy who told him to refund my $10 which they did. Clark had no idea this was happening or had happened and never left his office. I completed an on-line request for contact with Pro Golf Discount corporate explaining that I wanted to speak to someone about my negative experience with CLARK CANNON. I never was contacted by Pro Golf Discount. I will NEVER do business with Pro Golf Discount again and I will spread the word about my experience to everyone I can. I purchased a new set of callaway apex irons. 7-10 working days delivery time I was told. 10 days later I called to see if they came in. Should be in tomorrow, we will call you. 6 days later, I called back, then was told " The factory ran out of club heads" and would be making them the next day, and so another week of waiting for them. Really, Apex forged irons, made at the factory, up and vanished and they couldn't make anymore? Then when I told them I would be cancelling the order, they told me they talked to callaway and they would express them to me by Saturday guaranteed. Todays Sunday, no clubs. Feel like I was lied to several times during this process. There is no customer service here. I will drive 50 miles to go somewhere else and buy, to avoid spending one more dollar here. read more
