After dozens to calls, I finally reach someone who provides me pricing for a mulch delivery in the same city as their facility. I try calling back for over two weeks and leave messages on the voicemail, receive zero call back. Possibly this is an issue with their phone tree? I tried calling at different times of the day, over several weeks, and ended up at the same woman's voicemail box. I call their landscaping department, he is unable to assist or to connect me with anyone who can. I finally fill out a 'contact us' form on the website and receive a call from someone who was clearly miffed at me for having a crappy experience trying to contact them and putting that in an email, that was odd because I was trying to do business with them. To top this amazing experience off, I learned that the woman I spoke with had quoted me incorrect pricing. The man on the phone was less than pleasant to speak with so I figured I am not the right client for them, and ended the call before he could throw any additional attitude. I will gladly give my business to anyone else. It should not be this difficult to have mulch delivered.

I typically only have one or two bags as I don't like to have a hunger stock pile at my house. You can also recycle your metal/appliances there as well. Across the street you can drop off your cardboard to be recycled as well. It's better to get a few bucks back for your cans and bottles instead of putting it in the trash.
