I sent him pics and told him what we wanted (Rossmoor to outside of Rossmoor, approx 4 miles) moving my Mom's furniture into Atria Valley View. He gave us a price that was at least 2 times less than other movers. And on top of that, he told me that he could do it the next day (2/14).
