So I left a message telling them I'd " be at their friggin' office if I could find the friggin place. The first time someone had brought me. I had to go to another building nearby & get directions & thats when I discovered the receptionist had put all calls on recording. I was late, yes, but would've wait an hour to get in. Nope, I too late & have to reschedule at PA's convince, I'd be called for later date. After that I received a notice I'd not shown up for 3 appointments, & our " relationship had been compromised", i could no longer see her or wherever she worked (4 other offices). I'm like what??! Number 1-I'd only seen the PA once, & now I'm being banned from different offices?? I did tell the receptionist I wasn't paying a no show fee of $75.00when I'd clearly been there, just late. Unbelievable! So, for that reason, this business gets a 1 & I'll never go there again, even If given the chance!

I have used this clinic ever since Fort Drum no longer had a Dr that could do my injections. The base Drs. referred me to them once a year just for the injections. As it was I had to make 2-3 appointments just to receive said injections each time my insurance paid him and I had a $33 co-pay. His bedside manner is lacking, but it was my only option. They only care about the money and definitely not about the patient. Don't make the same mistake I did. Drive the 90 minutes to Syracuse if you need treatment that the base no longer has.

We are committed to using medication only when truly necessary." However, they would rather deny a child these excellent treatments if the parents choose not to use excessive vaccine intervention. Even the AAP encourages not denying care to unvaccinated children, as that can lead to them receiving no care at all. Further their website claims "Our office is a safe place where you will be heard, and your values respected." This doesn't apply if your values and opinions differ from theirs.
