Lazy asf, can't even do a simple embroidery, don't waste your money here, F*** this place and Alex, all employees are lazy and will tell you it's not possible to do a embroidery, get real employees who know what they're doing and know what machines they're operating, they can't spell for nothing and will mostly likely misspelled your embroidery and won't give you a refund or a receipt and will blame it on you instead of themselves. read more

I was trying to find something at the mall to represent my country tomorrow morning and I couldn't find anything no t-shirts or International stuff at any of the stores. I went in around 11:15am. For the purpose of purchasing an Atlanta Braves hat and having it engraved. There's was just one employee helping out a customer on the engraving machine, I started looking for my size but I wasn't able to find it. So I waited a little hoping this employee would turn around and at least acknowledge us, and tell us he would help us next. Not once did he even try to make eye contact even after he turned around to show the other customer something. We went in and waited 15 min before we decided to walk out, this employee had one job, to sale a hat & be "COURTEOUS" and he failed miserably what kind of employees do you y'all even hire??? read more

Went in to get a hat for my dad and the 3 guys who were working (around 1pm on a Wednesday) were just conversing with each other totally ignoring me and about 4 other people. This place is great! I've never really been a hat person, but I've been wanting one so I went to Lids to check it out. Both the guys there walked me through buying a hat. As cheesy as it sounds, there is a lot to learn. Like... MLB Authentic New Era hats shrink just a bit, so I purchased a hat that was just a tad loose, but still comfortable. Anyway, the service was great. They greeted and attended everyone that was in the store while I was there (about one hour), offered and looked for (multiple times) different hats in my size. I ended up buying a Detriot Tigers hat (I'm not a fan, just like the hat). Very happy with my purchase and extremely satisfied with the service. This definitely beats the service at the Lids at my local mall, which will make me return. Why four stars? Well.... some hats weren't available in my size. And while I can understand that, it is a very common size that they didn't have in 5 different hats I wanted. read more

Went in to pick up an online order that was sent here. After arguing with the girl at the entrance who insisted that my order wasn't there despite her not looking up my order number or checking anything in the system. Finally after talking to the third different person they actually checked the back and gave me the order they swore they didn't have. A place run by kids who don't care. read more

This is a smaller Lids location compared to some of the other mall locations, but they have a great selection of LA hats. Most of the time you can find some hats on sale, but they tend to be the ones that people don't want. Then other times they have a special where you can buy 1 get 1 50% off, but that excludes some hats. This time, they were having a back to school special where anything and everything in the store was buy 1 get 1 50% off. I couldn't pass up the deal so I got 2 new LA hats. The customer service was great and friendly. Playoffs are around the corner so I need to make sure I'm ready!!! GO DODGERS!!!! read more

Went in for lunch (rush hour) to buy a Christmas gift. Waited in long line to be told they didn't have change in register. I was asked to go try and ask a stand in the mall. The girls were trying to be nice and they had a great sale which is why I gave two stars. They need to be more prepared, one it's the holidays and two during lunch hour. I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. Horrible, the worst customer service I have ever seen. received a birthday gift for my son of 2 bibs. I had the receipt and took it to the closest lids to where I was at. they refused to do the return for me. the lady was not helpful and kept running in the back to the manager. she was just about to do it and then ran off to him again. he came out of the back and told me he wouldn't do the return because one of the bibs was damaged. I wasn't aware because we never took them out of the bag . lids had no problem selling defected product but won't do the return, doesn't make sense to me. we called the location that the bibs were bought explained our experience at this lids and they were blown away at the service I was provided. I'm so happy I didn't spend a dime in this store. wanted to buy my son his first dodger hat but I'll be going else where. I'll be reporting the manager and this location to the corporate office. if nothing is done I'll no longer support this company. there are many other hat stores. read more

This place has a decent assortment of hats. The employees are sort of bland at times. Don't really help much if focused on computer for what ever reason, they give blunt answers to questions and tell you what ever for you to go away.
