They came out to make an estimate we could send to our homeowners' insurance company, and estimated a 2-day job which could be done as soon as we approved the project. Which we did. Then four months passed with delay after delay by email, text, and phone. The wife finally mentioned that at least one of the reasons for the delays all winter long was that her husband (the seemingly only contractor) wasn't even in town and was working on another contract that paid better. To me, this says that he had no intention of doing our work in a timely fashion. Wednesday, 21 March 2018, after 4 broken promises in one week (2 in one day), his wife said that would be there at 10AM, then called to say no, 12:30. At 4PM, she texted and said he was on the way, but he did not arrive until nearly 2 hours later.(a distance of, at most, 30 miles and 40 minutes). Enough is enough. We do not recommend them to anyone who wants timely, promised, accurately estimated service.

Not what you want to hear from a GC. Josue is the opposite, his standard and desire to deliver an excellent product exceeded both my expectations and he created a value that exceeded the cost of his bid.
