He reviewed how the pair a work and the process thoroughly but succinctly. He brought my chosen pieces out to the table since I had my dog with me. It is dog friendly outside! Not sure about inside. Check out was pretty seamless, and Erica did a great job with my checkout! The prices for the pieces are comparable to ones I saw at another similar establishment, which was good to see. This free museum is filled with old fire trucks dating back to an 1834 hand pumper. A must see for young and old, and each fire truck has a print out, which is free, for one to take home and explains all about the particular vehicle.... I was so impressed. After the ceremony they were kind and smart enough to set aside some appetizers for my wife and I to enjoy in our room while we took a quick breather. We were too busy with pictures to have enjoyed them otherwise. They let us know when it was time to go down for dinner, which we had opted to do outside. We had some bad luck, and it was very hot and sunny - so much so that we decided we needed to move the dinner inside, and Kyro and her team got it all sorted in minutes. Our venue had very strict rules where we would be charged steep fines if everyone (including cleanup) wasn't out by a certain time, and she and her team made sure that everything went to plan. They packed our cars with everything we had brought, making sure we didn't forget a thing. We could not have made it through without the help of Kyro and her team.
