We did a pre-purchase inspection and boy was Carlo thorough. After about 30 mins of checking all bells and whistles and a couple of test drives he was able to list all details the bike needed and helped me in getting a great deal. Firstly they offer amazing prices, so good in fact, that I was anticipating some last minute up-charge due to larger sized low profile tires. Nope- what they quoted me was what they charged. Second, they really take care of your wheels and use some state of the art equipment. To top it off, service is amazing- they treat you like you are a part owner! I got a tour of the facility and learned a lot about what they do (way more than wheels/tires), and got to make use of their conf room to sit and work. Professional service, amazing rates and near white-glove treatment. We stopped by for an open house this past weekend and got to meet the folks that started the business- great people.
