They have a great selection of new bikes. If that is your market then they will have what you are looking for. My unfortunate experience was looking for a used bike. I spent over an hour on site speaking with sales and finance and they would never give me a price on the bike. They even wrote up a finance sheet comparing the used bike versus the new bike and by the end of the discussion they said that was not the actual price of the bike. They called the next day and asked if I had given any more thought to their bike and my reply was that I had no information to give thought to. They were the only dealership (all Harley dealers included) that simply would not tell me how much money they wanted for a bike. Pretty wild experience actually. read more

Enroute to Florida from Pennsylvania, I broke down on 77 S. Thank God for Geico emergency road service. More importantly, Thank God for Cox's HD Service. If I could give these guys more than 5 stars, I would. 2017 Road Glide Ultra, clutch slave cylinder, gave up the ghost. Long story short these guys had me repaired and on the road in a few hours. And they were beyond helpful. Offer to get it towed to their location. Unfortunate for me. It won't be until the following Tuesday. I can't wait and was set on getting it to work. So I called back to see if they have My battery in stock so I can pick up.. They 6. Their location is big, neat and beautiful. Someone greeted you as soon as you walked in. Customer services for parts was impeccable. Clean and spacious. Mike helped me within seconds and I was on my way less than 15mins. Joe, Sarah, Jerrod, and Rob all have made my buying experience much more than just a "purchase." I feel like part of the Harley-Davidson family now. The service department and parts department are also very customer service oriented and excellent at what they do. The apparel department also rocks and they always are ready to help and explain the specials and on-sale items. The Riding class I took from Cox's Harley-Davidson was excellent and the instructors taught me valuable skills for safe riding and gave me the confidence I needed before getting out on my new bike. Apparently, they dont work on a bike older than 10 years. Seems to be more and more of a problem with dealers. No mention of that in any of their promotional information, but I probably did not look hard enough. But I am curious what response I will get when I shop for a new bike and then ask 'Will I have to sell it and buy a new one once it is older than 10 years?' Or will they lie and say 'Oh no. I wanted to take a rider safety course look at a couple of HD locations called them they never returned my call. When I called Cox's I talked to Archie who walked me through and went the extra mile to make sure I was in a spot. I went to the course and had the best time learning all the safety aspects of the bikes Christine and Randy were the best instructors trained with meaning really wanted to give their best in providing the classes and observing the skills. I was so impressed that I bought a 2011 XL 1200 Custom and Archie took some money off as well, this whole process was like being treated like a VIP. I would definitely recommend this place for any one who wants to purchase a Motorcycle. This is the best dealership I have ever been to. read more

My wife and I and another couple were out riding around. We decided to stop into this dealership. We went inside made a few purchases. We left around 4 and decided to ride around the area. Well my front wheel bearings went out on my bike. I called back to the dealership told them I was broke down and could they help me. I told the so called service guy I was from out of town with no hesitation he said we close at 5 he could look at it Monday. I went in two days in a row. First day, I wasn't welcomed into the store. I was looking to buy shirts for a party. I received no assistance as I looked around, but did receive some stares. As I was walking out I was told to "Have a nice day." I went back the next day to purchase shirts because I thought it was more convenient to purchase from here. Again I wasn't welcomed into the store, and wasn't offered any assistance. I was also ID'd as I was making my purchase. I come from a Harley family and the past few times other relatives have gone, it has not been pleasant. Just sharing my experience. read more

Done a lot of business with these guys in the past, aaaaaa-lot. One of their mechanics recently made a mistake costing me hundreds of dollars to have someone else correct. Called service, sent over receipt for correction and asked what he would be willing to do to make it right. I was not asking for full reimbursement, just acknowledgment and a show of goodwill. Service manger instead had a list full of excuses, didn't seem interested to hear what I had to say and finally said, "There is nothing I can do for you." I will no longer be visiting the store. Cox's HD 'WAS' my HD Dealership of choice, where i have purchased a lot of 'merchandise' as well as a new motorcycle (2013), until they ripped me off for $330 dollars. Most of it was in 'Chrome Cash' accumulated through expenditures on an HD Visa card. $87 of it was out-of-pocket, on the card itself. Cox's required that i pay full price up front to order a part, that seems to be on 'perpetual back order' since 6/11/19 (they said *delivery in 2 weeks*). We are now pushing Sept./19, no part, no refund, no reinstatement of chrome cash, and TOTAL run-around on the issue, after multiple contacts. They all sure seemed nice whenever they were taking my money. I won't spend another dime there. You'd think, with HD stock 'tanking' by 32%, they wouldn't want to lose loyal customers. I don't take POOR customer service well, and have filed a dispute / grievance against Cox's with my card company AND corporate HD. read more
