On December 19, our group called to set an appointment at 11AM for 5 people for December 23. This was for a wedding - bride & bridesmaids. The day of when we arrived we were told there were only 4 nail technicians working to service the group of 5 but they would still be able to take care of us. However at 11AM, our appointment time, all 4 technicians were working with other customers. We waited about half an hour or so until 11:35 AM when 2 out of the 5 in our group could be seen. The other 3 ended up waiting until 12 PM. At this point, we were an hour over our appointment time, and the group had wasted too much time waiting with other errands to run. It didn't seem like the other three that were still waiting would be able to be serviced anytime soon - so they left. It was unfortunate no one got an apology when they had to go up to cancel, and leave. It was unprofessional to leave those who were waiting with a set appointment to walk-ins that had come slightly before us. As for the quality of work, I would give it a 3/5. It's a bit better than I've seen at other places but not phenomenal. The prices are cheap so it's a good bang for your buck. I received a gel manicure and regular pedicure and my manicure wasn't applied evenly so I have a bump on one of my nails that I have to actively ignore. The service is cash only, so not convenient. The ladies that were able to help us were nice but because of the unprofessionalism of not honoring our appointment time I couldn't say the quality would make us overlook that. I personally would probably not return due to the lack of respect for our appointment/ time and the cash-only would make an extra stop at an ATM that I probably wouldn't personally do for the quality I received.

I love my Coffin shape acrylic nails. Regular OPI color, no gel.

I came back to get my nails done and I have to say the lady that does my nails has improved so much. She's so good. She did exactly what I wanted. Never disappoints. I didn't get gel this time. But I love how my nails look so natural. I got a fill for only $16 She did way better than other fancier over priced places I've been to. Definitely going back to her. If you go she's the second station on the front.

CASH ONLY! So come prepared. Open M-Sat 930am-6pm. Good pricing compared to most places. Regular pedicure is same as spa pedicure just without the massage chair. If you get the callous removal it is the best I've ever had. They take their time and really rid your feet of the bad stuff! The ladies are really nice!

Asked for square shape and gave me this... and lets not talk about the gel coat not im the whole nail.

Im not one to complain, but i did my nails here for the first time and did ombre almond style and it came out perfect. I came back today to do a fill and the lady at the front seat couldn't even file/shape them correctly she just made them shorter with the drill. I asked her are we doing a fill with the pink and white powder and she said yes. She started with clear powder and then filed. She asked me to go wash my hands and i come back to the table with her having the LED light out. Im like are you not doing the powder and shes like i did im like no you didnt shes like i put the clear powder. Im like no the white and pink powder for the ombre and shes like i dont do that i have pink nail polish. In my head im like wth I've done fills before with powder not this, especially when i did it with them the first time so how you gonna tell me you dont and use pink nail polish, even my sister did powder ombre with them. She continues to show me the two nail polishes colors on the nails and im like i dont like either of them you can see my natural nail i could of just painted them at home if thats the case. I was charged $32 dollars for a fill that she just painted over with light pink shellac nail polish color, she didnt even add the white color and just left the one from before. Never coming here again the nails look so bad and not shaped correctly pictures dont give it justice to how it looks worse in person. Even for the appointment i had my appointment at 2pm i get there and there all busy and she tells me we dont have time, im like no i have a 2pm appointment, she goes come back at 5pm. Whats the point of making an appointment if there still not gonna be able to see you. So i came back at 5pm and wish i didnt. Even after i drove to my sisters house to show her cause i was sooo annoued and cause she lived close by and goes to them for her nails and she even said i never seen them do this bad ever, she even said she does fills with powder with them so idk what there talking about. Sorry for the rant but it was such a waste of money for it to just be painted over as if she did a fill‍ tomorrow ill be going somewhere else to fix the job they couldnt do. I will attach pictures of the first time I came and did my nails by them and how it looks after the fill. You can see the different colors of the nail at the bottom which look horrible and thats why we get fills in the first place to cover that part up. Sadly in photos you cant see how bad the shape is, its not even round its like bumpy on the sides because she did it with the drill. Just really disappointed in this place and wasnt happy like the first time i did it with them.

I went for the first time to get my nails done and I really liked it. It's great for a good price. I will be going back.

I think I found a nail salon I can go back to. I've tried other nail salons in the area and I've always left disappointed. Usually, its because it takes forever and it's not worth the time I had to wait. If your looking for a nice luxurious nail salon I wouldn't recommend this pace to you. It has a 1990s feel and its kinda dirty, but the tools are clean. Plus their not extreamly welcoming (main reason why it's 4/5 stars instead of 5) When I went in and they got straight to bussiness. Less then an hour for a spa mani/pedi and regular polish with a simple design. My favorite about this place is the price, $30 plus tip.

I love my nails. Kim Cuc Thom Do did them! It was worth every penny. They look amazing.

I was amazed with the nail service I received today from Kim Do, she was very patient and did such an incredible job. I went in for a spa pedicure and gel manicure. She made sure I was in love with the shades before applying them. She did a great message on my legs and feet during my pedicure. Her nail painting job on my gel nails is the best I've ever received. I am in love with my new nails.

She Was Rushing To Do My Nails Because She Had Some Other Person Waiting For Her To Do Their Mani & Pedi. I Think That No Matter Who's There You Should Get A Good Job Done Since You Do Pay For Them! Now I'm Stuck With Ugly Nails After Being There For An Hour. But On The Other Hand I Do Like The Lady That Does Eyebrow Waxing! She Always Does A Great Job Regardless Of How Many Clients She Has!

I really wanted to like them, they are down the street and available for walk in's. I came in and 2 of my nails fell off 2 days later - that's never ever happened to me. I came back to let them know and it seemed as if they were bothered about it, they fixed them and off I went. 2 days later 3-4 nails came off. She did tell me that it was because I either don't get my nails too often or do hard labor (which I don't) I've been getting my nails done for decades read more

They have very fancy reclining chairs, with a jacuzzi for your feet, massages your back, and they massage your feet and ankles after a pedicure. read more

This place only has 3 stars lol, but I only come here for eyebrows and this little older lady is phenomenal. She takes her time no matter how busy she is. And even gives you a little facial massage when she's done. This spot is nowhere near my home, but I'm willing to travel. I love her! read more

This place has been my hidden gem for years. So glad they're still here & still doing a fantastic job! I'm never disappointed. If it's a busy day I suggest calling and making an appt. They also just updated hours to close at 6pm M-Sat. Sunday, closed. read more

10/10 recommend for eyebrow waxing. I can't say for any other services as I haven't gotten anything else but the lady that waxes does amazing every time and knows how to best shape them according to your face without even asking. Gives a mini temple massage when she finishes. Also she's the only one that does brows there. She's an older women .Loveeeeeee my brows each time! read more

Ana who does the waxing is so sweet and she does such an amazing job, ive been going to her forever and shes never failed to wax my brows to perfection! When she finishes she puts some sort of oil on them and does a mini face massage that makes you wana drool yourself to sleep ! Its so relaxing!!! read more

I have gone to this nail salon only twice. However, I do believe that I have found my nail salon for life! My technician was Kim. She did such an amazing job both times I got my nails done. She takes her time and does it right! I recommend a salon to anyone and everyone. My granddaughter also gets her nails done there, she's five years old. My granddaughter loves going to Pro Nail. read more

Worst service I have ever gotten! The lady started doing my nails and then in the middle of doing mine, stops to do someone else's. I was left sitting there waiting for a half an hour until she finally got back to me. She noticed I was frustrated and in a rush by then so she started rushing me. After filing my nails down, she instantly put gel on my nails. Didn't tell me to wash my hand or put oil on my cuticles! The gel is super full and shitty. And it took me 2 hours to get a fill! That's a work record. And all I got was pink and whites. Never going there ever again. read more

I did not have an appointment, walked in and was created eagerly and with smiles for a spa pedicure. The service was great. It was a hot day out , and the temperature in the salon was very comfortable. I have found this a challenge at some places near my home here in Spring Valley/ Rancho. Pedicure was done wonderfully and for the price and service of a spa pedicure I am happy to give this place a great review. 4 stars only because they only take cash. read more

I asked the lady in the front desk if there is a napkin to clean this chair, she said i will then she went to help another customer and told me wait till I'm done with her you can sit or stand till I finish just like saying sit on the chair as it is or leave if you dont like , the tools for cleaning foot wasn't professional I'm not sure if there was message chairs as well , any way the place wasn't clean i wonder why its cheaper . read more

I have been coming here for 10 years to get my eyebrows done. (Since high school) I have had the same sweet lady who does them, and have never been unsatisfied. My brows are always perfect, she takes her time and is a perfectionist. I have moved to otay ranch but will still drive the distance because this is the only place I trust with my eyebrows. Only 8$, so cheap. At the end of every brow wax, she does a mini facial massage on you. Puts me to sleep everytime. Amazing! Highly recommend read more

Anne does a great job on my eyebrows. Other shops have a hard time creating the arch I like, but Anne did it with no problem. After the wax, she gave my face a massage that was heavenly. I also loved the pedicure My Ton did for me. Not rushed. Very attentive. Looking forward to my next visit. read more

I was a walk in . Wasn't greeted very friendly . The lady seemed very distracted while doing my nails . She cut me a few times during the process, I'm over all not very pleased with the work . Nails are crooked, and nails look bad. Probably won't be back again. read more

This place is not recommended. The lady I got seemed to have no training or technique to giving a simple manicure. She didn't properly trim the cuticle, only danced around the area with trimmers pulling at skin not cutting it. I couldn't even sit there to let her finish. You must have low standards to be happy coming here. read more

I discovered this place about 4 years ago and I've never gone elsewhere after that. The only service I've gotten here is my eyebrows. The lady that does them is great she really takes her time and gives you a mini facial massage afterwards. I took my mom with her and now she loves it as well. The workers are always nice and I usually never have a wait. read more

Under arm waxing took way too long and they spent most of the time tweezing the hair off rather than properly waxing. It was sooo painful. I won't be getting another wax here (especially a bikini wax)!!! The one star is for friendliness off the staff. read more

Great, reasonable prices but TERRIBLE service. She completely reshaped my brows into something that doesn't even compliment my face. I could have done a better job with my french pedicure but it looks like my 3 year old sister did it. Dirty and ghetto salon. yeah I'm fine with paying high prices for GREAT service. I will DEFINITELY be going somewhere else. read more

I come here to get my eyebrows done and I love the work, it's a very small location, very inexpensive, you get a little mini massage after your waxing.... So relaxing. I have to ask the lady everyone to wash her hands after her previous client before taking me. There is no sink in the room so it's obvious and she gets a little attitude when I ask. Oh well lol her work is awesome other than that flaw read more

i've been here many times because of the location and cheap prices, and i can assure you that it is an absolute waste of time and money. this place disregards the wants of the customers. i have never left this place even remotely satisfied with my nails. this last time i came for a fill, the nail technician at the front desk used an electronic file and was filing deep into my cuticles, making me bleed. even after i complained and snatched my hand away in response to the pain, she continued to repeat the misconduct on every single nail. ignoring the bloody cuts, she proceeded to attempt to clean up the messy polish with acetone, which seeped into my cuts. i sat in discomfort and still gave her a tip. i'm urging everyone to not be lured in by the cheap prices. this place is not only horrible, but also painful and rushed. read more

Great place! Right around the corner from my house which is a plus! Have been coming here for years. Have gotten my brows waxed here many times along with my pedis and manis. Pricing is good and they did a great job on everything. However there selection of nail polish isnt amazing, you are more than welcome to bring in a nail color of your choice ! Definitely a great little shop and the staff is friendly as well:) Can get busy on the weekends so call ahead ! read more

I've been coming here for years for all my esthetic needs and have always received fine attention by all the ladies in this shop. They don't rush, take their time to make sure you are happy and the prices are as reasonable as they get. The ladies have all been there a long time - little if any turnover, so you know they dedicated to making this small shop a success. They are jam packed on the weekends so if you are a walk-in, come during their less busy times. read more

This was my first time at this salon. It's close by the area when i walked in they mentioned the owner wasn't around & they were closing early. Therese did my nails did them crooked & i kept telling her they weren't right & she flinged the nail filer at me so i could do them myself. I have never had an experience like this in my life. I will NEVER return to this salon again. Terrible service, cheap prices but i won't be back. read more

At the time I was only tending to my nails very sporadically. When I called to schedule an appointment I learned that she had opened her own place in Spring Valley. It's a farther drive for me but 100% worth it. Since finding Sing I will not go to any other studio regardless of price or convenience of location. In the last few years I have also become equally comfortable with Marie. These two ladies are 100% legit with their craft. Schedule an appointment.

I only went to this place because I heard good reviews as well as it's the closest to my home. So I walked in having high hopes, and I even brought up a reference picture. After checking in for my appointment for a gel-x fill, I went to go see my nail tech and I went to say hello but she didn't say hello back. Whatever. So then I showed her my reference photo and I want all white. Now I understand if I couldn't see the flowers if it's the same white nail color, which is why she suggested a different color that I didn't even ask. Not even like a white purple/blue color just so we can see the flowers better. Also, I know I should've spoken up more, which I had three times that I want to be a classic white French tip with daisies. But she insisted on using a shade of purple that I didn't even ask for. But not only that, but I feel like she couldn't speak English fluently because half of the time she was speaking to me in full Vietnamese, which I had a hard time communicating. I honestly felt a bit peer pressure to have a nail design that I didn't exactly ask for and that's what I'm very disappointed in. When my nails were done, she then prompted me to go wash my hands, but never told me where it's at or didn't even point where the sink was so I had to ask another employee to find the sink. Now I don't mind the nails design itself if it was done better, even though I have spent $65 on it and honestly during the whole appointment I kind of felt uncomfortable even though I did speak up, but just not enough then I should have, but it also doesn't look like the picture I wanted it. I'm pretty disappointed with my appointment and I will not be coming back unless I have another nail tech who I'm pretty sure will do my nails more nicely design wise. This is why communication is very important during any nail appointment and I thought I have communicated my needs, but I guess it wasn't enough to the point where I was peer pressured to do a nail design that I don't even want.
