Went back here for dip nails - they did a really good job. Very clean and nice staff. I like how big the salon is especially if you go with a group of people. Their prices are way better than other places - it was $45 for a new dip manicure. read more

I love coming to this place to treat myself and get my nails done !!! The salon is always clean, nice ambient music on the back ground. Every time they do amazing job and my manicure and pedicure lasts long. I have an important event coming up and I want my nails to look good but also I wanted to try out long nails for a change. I came in yesterday in the middle of the day. They looked busy as usual. I explained what I want the result to look like and showed them a picture of the shape of nails I would like to have. Yet another time I was so happy with an amazing job . Young lady, I believe her name is Melissa was great. I go about every two-3 weeks for a pedicure and once every 6 weeks for eyebrow wax. I am comfortable going here...people are super friendly and I find it to be clean. I do find that lately my pedicure seems shorter than usual. Nails always look great when leaving and last. I use regular polish. I usually do the deluxe pedicure. I don't ask for anyone in particular when booking . Overall, super convenient and a nice place. Would recommend. read more

I had a regular pedicure done, but after noticing how fast the polish was chipping I decided to try gel. I commented on the polish with the owner, because most of the polishes are dry and clearly need to be replaced but he said they would not be getting new polish anytime soon. The whole time people are getting their services, they're adding acetone to the polishes because they are all old bottles. The same day as the gel pedicure 2 of my toe (polishes) completely fell off. I called and spoke to the owner, and he told me if I came in they would fix the toes and refund the $15 for gel. I told him again that I think this happened because they're using old watered down polish. When I did come in they fixed it, but told me I wouldn't be getting any money back for the gel. The massage portion of the pedicure was great so it's unfortunate that the owner is having all the nail techs work with old dried out nail polish instead of replacing them. read more

Went there for the first time 1 week ago and got a manicure with the dip powder. The lady didn't give a a manicure she just put the powder dip on them. Now a week later my nails look like they need to be done again and usually they last 3 weeks with the powder. read more

the nail tech continued to pay attention to everyone and everything else. She burned my nail with the drill. I had to ask numerous times after my nails were "done" to fix them. All she did was file it down. Wanted a manicure and I think a two year old could have done a better job. Would not recommend this place. Love coming here, prices are a little higher than what I'm used to, but it's so clean in there.

I don't like the quality of work for the price. I told the young lady who did my nails that I was allergic to the cuticle stuff that they put on your nails and asked her not to do it and she said okay. She still put it on even after telling her multiple times that I'm allergic to it. My fingers swell up and I get a lot of bubbles on my fingers. Definitely not coming back again. read more

I've been going to this salon regularly for the past two years. I haven't really had a problem up until recently. About a month ago, I got a full set of acrylics. The shape was completely messed up, I asked for coffin and they proceeded to give me almost square nails. Each nail was uneven, the lengths barely matched, and The shape was so poorly done that I didn't want to post it anywhere. One of them broke clean off, and about a week ago I went to get a fill. Since then, my polish has browned significantly, two of them have broken off within a week, INCLUDING the brand new one that they just redid with my fill. and my thumb nail is cracked. I have also realized that they do NOT use clean files, buffers, etc. I will put a comparison from when I first got them filled, 8/19/2019, and today, 8/28/2019. read more

My favorite!! I've been coming here for about 4 months now. I never usually make an appointment so sometimes there is a wait. They are always busy on Saturday and Sunday, right when they open too, so make sure to make an appointment if you don't like waiting. I always get a gel mani and a regular pedi. The gel mani always lasts at least 3 weeks for me and they always do a great job on my pedi. Highly recommend them if you're looking for a good mani and pedi! read more

Two nails chipped after two days, and it's gel so that shouldn't happen. This is my second time here after not being happy the first time but I gave them a second shot. I regret it. They smack your hand when they want you to move it. The first time I went there the guy yelled at me for not moving my hand quick enough into the nail dryer. Overall just not thrilled. Won't be back. I've been here 3 times since the beginning of April. I've had 1 full set of acrylics, 2 refills and 2 pedicures. The first time I visited I got the acrylics and 1st pedi. One of the males-the one with the hairly mole on his chin, did a phenomenal job with the full set of acrylics. In 2 weeks I visited again for a refill. Well, although not terrible; it could have been better. This past weekend May 6th marked 2 weeks, again, I went in and got a refill and my second pedi. 2nd and 3rd visits are what caused me to change from 5 to 2 stars. Each of the times I have not gotten through to schedule an appointment and ended up as a walk-in with whomever becomes available first. However, the staff (most of the female members) are inconsistent. I really do wish I could offer them a higher rating because everyone there is so nice/friendly. However, I can't get over the uneven surfaces, grooves, bumps, and uneven coating of my most recent visit. BTW the pedi's have been fine. It's too bad because they open 7 days. read more

I went there twice now and both bad experiences. I just went today to get dip taken off & nothing else. One girl started and then another finished and the second one could barley hold a nail file. They charged me $20 after they told me it would be $10 on the phone. I left with tips still on my nails that I asked her twice to take off & all my nails were uneven. I couldn't bare to sit there any longer I knew I could go home to fix them. Definitely won't be back. read more

I went in here for the first time this past week. My photos of nails are about 5 days old. I got a pedi and gel dipped nails. I do not recommend this salon for gel dipped. The pedi was fine- or would have been if they did not do my manicure at the same time. If anyone has ever had gel dipped it had a lot of steps and is a bit messy- but usually not an issue if you're sitting at a table. I was in disbelief that the guy was attempting to do it at the same time. So he set up things needed on my lap and then I had to try to balance everything when being told I had to move my legs for the pedicure. And he could only work on my hands from one side so I was so stiff from being in an uncomfortable position. I would have loved to use the massage chair but that was definitely not possible. He asked me if I was comfortable about 30 minutes in and I said no I wasn't. He laughed and continued but finally said he would do the rest at the table a few minutes later. So aside from being uncomfortable, my main issue is with the poor quality nails. If you want gel dipped, don't go here. I should have known better because they didn't have display colors to choose from -I was asked what color I wanted and they came back with a jar. Later I saw they only had about a dozen of jars so I don't think they do the gel dipped much at all. As far as technique this was the worst experience I've had. He didn't file them at all and I had to ask. I could tell he had never done that before. In the photos you can see how insanely thick they are- and that's after he filed them for me!! The owner kept coming over and it was all very embarrassing. I hate attention and I just wanted to get out of there. At an hour and a half into this, the owner said he wanted to start all over with two nails and I said no thank you because I didn't have the time. And he said, "but they look bad" .....I said, I know they do but that's just how it has to be for now. Not a good thing when the owner says your nails look bad when you're still in the chair. I will say, he gave me 50% off for the manicure, so I feel like he handled the situation well and I appreciated that. So my criticism is specifically for the technique and quality- not customer service. I get gel dipped often and I've always had great results- just not at this salon. read more

I went here for a pedicure which cost me $45.00 for a Herbal Spa Pedicure and I was not pleased at all. In the flyer it states, "The hot stones massage paraffin wax will redirect energy flow to an area of blockage to harmonize the body and mind at its deepest level." No way did I feel what it states in this statement. In addition, I had to tell them about the paraffin wax as they were starting my polish. Then the owner came over and was unpleasantly saying they made an error in the flyer in which she was not stating the truth. I was Very unhappy for a $45.00 pedicure. The owner starting talking in her language after I asked for my paraffin wax and directed the person that was working on me to go an start on another person. They left me there waiting more than ten minutes to complete my service. Then another person came over to me and started to completed the polish. Very unhappy with the service.
