Went here twice. Pedicure by Alysia was great as was my dip manicure by Nana. Do NOT get waxed here! Cindy burnt me badly during eyebrow wax. Did not realize until later. The ladies doing my nails were very nice. Never had to wait past my appointment time but felt rushed to pick out a color. The girl literally stood over me as I was looking through the dip colors (didn't get her name). Won't return due to the waxing experience. Service poor. Few months ago went for mani tech twisted my thumb & I asked her to be more gentle & she did it again then Peter owner & tech switched at some point & he finished my nails without telling me anything. A month later back for pedi Nail tech pushed the "very used emery board " into my toe & I told her it was cutting into my skin. Not good pedi not thorough experience. When done I asked for mani & there were atleast 4 techs not working scrolling on their phones. Peter owner said we all booked. He said everyone afraid of you, you go somewhere else. read more

Excellent Sevice, the staff knows almost every customer by name and listens to the customer wants. If they believe something cannot be done they politely make suggestions. I get my nails done every 2 weeks and I am never disappointed. I suggest calling ahead and making an appointment as they are busy most days. read more

I love Top Nails! Definitely my favorite place to get my nails done! They are friendly and efficient with time. I like my nails natural-looking and short. Tori always asks if I am happy with the shape and length before she finishes them and fixes anything I don't like. With COVID I waited a bit to go back and when I did I felt very comfortable! I don't normally get my nails done, but when I do, I go here. They're clean, quick, and the prices are fair. I came here last Saturday for a mani/pedi for a wedding I was in. I had to wait a little while, since Saturday is a pretty busy day for them, but once I was called over to the pedicure station, they had be painted up pretty and on my way in no time! The pedicure stations are really nice. They seat you in a big comfy leather massage chair and have you soak your tired toes in a little jacuzzi tub with skin softening minerals. Next, they clean up around the nails and use a pumice stone on the soles of your feet (and laugh at you when you twitch because you're ticklish). After that, they paint your nails and then give you a lower leg and foot massage with mint scented lotion. Next, it's off to the manicure station. Again, they have you soak your hands before cleaning up your cuticles. Next comes the painting. On this particular visit, I tried a gel manicure for the first time. It's pretty similar to a regular manicure, except they shine a special UV light on your nails between coats. After the last coat and UV light soak, my nails were completely hardened and dry! I didn't even have to go over to the nail drying station! Pretty cool! One of the reasons I don't get my nails done very often is because I work in a lab, where I tend to be pretty rough on my nails. It has now been 4 days since I had my gel manicure, and there is still not a single chip in my nail color! If it had been a regular manicure, the color would have been almost completely chipped off by now. I just may have to treat myself to these manicures a bit more often now! :) read more

Price was good, place was clean but the services done on my neice and myself were beyond a 3 ring circus! We both had 2 different people doing our service, the guy I had was either just out of school or had limited experience doing nails prior to mine. He never said boo the entire time? The woman who did my neice hurried beyond what I could discribe both her nails and feet were done in under 30 min? My cuticals being cut were painful and when I said ouch I dont think this dude understood what that meant. I think this place is okay depending on who you get. I feel like they always file my nails crooked. I try to look while they are doing the manicure to make sure they are not crooked, but I think it makes them uncomfortable I am checking. After the gel is on and I leave, all I can see is how crooked my nails look. I also always tell them I would like my nails and toes short, and they never cut or file them short enough. One lady refused to clip them and would only file, but they were still long. I don't get what their problem is. I have to clip my own toes before I go in or cut my own nails down, because they keep leaving them too long. I think I'm just going to start going somewhere else. Sometimes they don't put the gel all the way down to the bed of the nail, so there is a huge gap and you have to get a fill like 1 week later. They don't listen. read more

First, I had to wait about 20 minutes before they took me for my manicure, which I would've appreciated being told before hand. Then, the technician filed my nails so haphazardly that I had to fix it myself before we actually began. Then, There was a hair stuck to one of my nails while the technician was painting them, and she tried to paint over it instead of removing it like I asked... And the machine they have for drying your nails is An actual joke, my nails smudged instantly upon leaving because the machine fans weren't working. read more

Then my nail tech complained at how long it was taking for my gel nail polish to come off. Then ruined my natural nails in the removal process. This was the worst experience I've had at a nail salon. I waited for 57 minutes and all my nails were cut right down to the skin and the polish was slopped on, leaving me with a huge smudge on one of my palms. When I told the tech one of my toes was sensitive, she proceeded to not touch it at all other than putting on polish, rather than being gentle with the instruments as I would have liked. Wow, has this place gone downhill. It used to be pricey but worth it; the services were good and thorough and all of the people working there were really nice. Now the services are half assed and the people either silent or gruff, with seemingly only one holdover from the previous group (and he is still amazing, which is why I have 2 stars and not 1 star). My manicure didn't even go to the edges of my nails and barely one day later, 2 nails are chipped. And I haven't done anything to cause that. I can't say enough good things about Top Nails! First of all, it's been under new management for the past couple months and the difference in this place is night and day. The staff is always friendly and super accommodating. I've tried countless salons in the area as well as high end salons in the city and this place blows them out of the water.
