Everyone here has been great. The color selection is massive. The facility is huge. Of all the places I have been, this is easily the best customer service. They create such a relaxing experience. They immediately bring you something to drink when you're in the pedicure chair. A basic pedicure is so reasonable for the massage, exfoliating scrub, and tone it takes. Reception is very on the ball when you arrive to welcome you and I love how they operate with tickets and booking online. It's easy to schedule, and they confirm via text or accommodate if needed. They require a deposit to secure your appointment online, however it's on the ticket when you arrive so I do not worry about overpayment. While there are incentives for cash payment, you can also pay via card and tip staff with Venmo. Highly recommend! read more

This has been my go to nail salon until today. By far the worst experience. I made appointments ahead of time for my daughter and myself. The lady who did my pedicure cut me and made me bleed 3 times so badly having to use something to stop the bleeding and applying pressure. She was sloppy, rough, and rushing. While applying the UV lamp she kept putting it directly on my toes having to keep trying to fix them. [[HIGHLIGHT]]After painting my toes I pointed out certain things that I wasn't happy about (bumps and polish on my skin) she continued to put on my socks and ignored me.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I left covered in oil on my legs and feet that was all over my pants. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I told the girl at the desk how upset I was and that it was my worst experience by far and have been a loyal customer, she could only say "sorry about that" and continue to charge me full price.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]An automated response was given by the salon on Google saying that they will look into this matter. Myself, my mother and grandmother. Have been going to this salon for quite awhile but that changes from our last experience. We did a mani and pedi and regular gel and they did a half of a job on my nails the gel started to chip not even 5 days after. And the man who did my nails had bad hygiene his breath STANK and was breathing his hot breath on me. Then they have the audacity to charge me $180!!!! Like that's ridiculous not just me but all three of us! Like this is sick, I have never in my life get charged for that the most I ever paid for a mani and pedi is $60. My new nail salon for sure! Prices are a little higher than other local nail salons, but it is so worth it for the service you get! They take their time instead of rushing through to make sure it is perfect. Everyone is so nice and friendly. The minute you walk in the receptionists greet you and they make sure to make things personalized by using your name. I booked with Nina both times I've been in and she remembered me when I came in again. She is so sweet and I've gotten so many compliments on my nails thanks to her. I was there for my second time today. I specifically requested a certain mail tech and did not get her. Instead I got another one who couldn't understand length, shape or what color I wanted. I gave the color number I wanted to the girl who checked me in. After one hour there they couldn't find the color and I was asked the color number three more times. I decided to leave at that point (after a chunk of skin was clipped and I was bleeding). I asked to pay for what had already been done and I heard the girl checking me out ask someone what I should be charged and they said $30. I informed her that I had a $10 off coupon. She added that to it.I informed her that I had a $10 off coupon. She added that to it and somehow my total became $35. Never again at this place. Horrible! read more
