I got a manicure and a pedicure cost me over $80 for basic package, which would be fine but my manicure no shaping or cuticle work whatsoever all they did was paint my nails and I do not get manicures often so I was in desperate need of some shaping. My pedicure was great shaped my nails and pushed my cuticles down. My nails were messed up before I went to pay so they painted over the imperfections. And told me that's why I should do shellac. Which I agree if I knew a regular manicure would be that expensive with no effort I would've done shellac. It's been less than a week and the polish is already chipped off and gone in places. Visited Boerne 3-4 times since last year and came to Pro Nails twice. This time Cathy Tran did my first ever dip powdered nails and was very pleased with the result. Very pleased!! Price of mani & paraffin pedi was of good value with the service (offered me water to drink, asked if I was comfortable) and Cathy/her staff interacted or made conversation only as needed (which I liked). Horrible experience ! The Lash Service is just very bad. I am on vacation in this area and had to idea where to go, so i went through the internet and found this salon. they have no idea what they are doing there. my right eye was covered with glue! i couldnt open it after she was done. and now.. one day later.. my lashes are glued togeter and hard like stone. i am going back there today to get my money back. if you dont know how to do it.. dont do it!!! very bad read more

Not a pleasant experience. Tools were inadequate and in need of replacement. When removing the skin on my heels, the scrub pad was so worn, it could hardly do the job. Very little effort was made to actually do the basic service. I eventually took the pad from the lady and attempted it myself. She then grew agitated with me. The actual nail trimming was the worst I have ever encountered. I kept asking what she was doing and she showed real agitation and rudeness. Then when it was time for me to leave, the owner seemed to be interested as if she wanted that tip and for me to not leave a review. I don't leave bad reviews but this encounter dictated that I should. Nothing beats smiling at your customers either. I will not return and this is a competitive business. This was the fastest and most painful pedicure I have ever had Homie seriously cut and dug at my cuticles with no mercy...My big toe hurts and is bleeding which I'm kinda trippin about because that's never happened... DO NOT GO HERE FOR LASH EXTENSIONS!!! I went in today to get a lash refill, I just moved to the area and I decided to give Pro Nails a try and I left scared and extremely upset. I only laid down in the bed for 10 mins before I got up and left. I told the lash technician that I want 14 length and she had no idea what I was talking about, that should have been my first sign. I've gotten my lashes done for 2 years now and I have gone to multiple places and have never had a bad experience till today. Every lash appointment I have been to the technician has put under eye pads and medical tape to tape down my bottom lashes so they don't get glued to my top lashes. All she did was put a small piece of tape that didn't even touch my bottom lashes. She proceeded to glue the lashes in the corner of my eye. However she didn't move my lashes to glue on the extension to an individual lash. It felt like she was just sticking the extensions wherever and hoping they would look good. She was going so fast, she dropped glue on the corner of my eye and it burned so much. I sat up in so much pain, only to realize she glued my bottom lashes to my top lashes. I asked her if she had ever done this before but she kept saying I was allergic to the glue. She could have been right, except when I got home I had chunks of lashes glued together and they were white/clear and hard as a rock. My lashes had never felt like they had rocks in them, and every time I've gotten my lashes done the glue was black. I'm pretty sure she accidentally used nail glue. Thank Goodness I only stayed for ten minutes and only had a few lashes of my left eye done because I would have lost all my lashes. read more

I had been doing DIP on my nails for several months prior to my experience at pro nail in Boerne . My nails were in great shape and I had no damage with the DIP process. After 2 DIP manicures at Pronail my nails are broken split chipped ruined ! Something is very wrong with their process . Be aware and find another salon . read more

I got their most expensive pedicure (still only $55) and one of the wonderful technicians spend almost an hour on the massage and scrubs. it was perfect; the ambiance is really relaxing and the two ladies who both worked on my feet were so sweet and nice. I DO NOT recommend this place. I came here for a pedicure and it was one of the worst i've ever had. First, the woman that was giving me a pedicure put the hot towels on my legs and left to do someone else's nails and didn't come back for over 30 min, so I was left sitting there with cold towels on me. Then, she cut my toe TWICE when she was trimming my cuticles and now my toe is swollen & may be infected. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

Very poor dip, didn't get surface smooth and left a lot of dry glue/powder stuck on several nails. I had a lot of residue on my hands from soaking off my previous dips, and she chose to wait until my new set was finished to clean it off. Ok let's splash acetone all over with a brush so it can get on the new nails. Noticed several bumps after I left probably from the acetone splashes. read more

Went in for a pedi with my husband and was very disappointed. My nail tech rushed and was done in under 20 mins only so he could move on to next guest. My pedi was done so fast that I had to wait 20 mins for them to be done with my husband's! Got home and had to finish the pedi myself since there was still dry skin & cuticles needing to be cleaned up. Polish was also already chipping on one toe. The shop was actually very pretty, and the employees were professional in their interactions. Unfortunately, I ended up with an ingrown toenail due to a poor trimming, and I took the color off my nails that same day because the polish was applied so thickly that it simply bubbled up and looked horrible. We got here when told and have now been waiting over 30 minutes for anyone to come over to the seats we were given.
