**update: day 4 and my gels are peeling off. That's absolutely ridiculous. Avoid this place!!!** Meh I was not super impressed with this place. I told them that I wanted a dip manicure and they brought me a color pallet to choose from. I chose a color and when he started doing my nails, I realized that he was doing gel and not dip. I'm assuming that I chose a gel color, but why would he bring me gel colors and not just dips? Fast forward to the actual manicure and it was so-so. He said he had to do 3 coats of this particular polish, so my nails are now super thick. I do like the color and the guy doing my nails was friendly which is nice. However, it again was gel when I requested dip and unfortunately, I didn't notice until it was already too late to say anything. Oplus is that they are very kid friendly here. They give kids ice cream and are very patient when it comes to misbehaving children. I did think it was very strange that all of the employees had ear buds in listening to music. It just wasn't a very interactive experience due to that.

Night and day in comparison to Holy's nails down the street. Pro Nails staff is nice, professional, patience and they really care. Emily has been great the last couple of times I have been there, she takes the time to make sure each nail is perfect, they are thin and with clean edges.

I have been to this nail salon several times. It is neat, clean and the staff is friendly. I stopped going for a few months because the owner instituted a new policy to charge a small fee if a patron pays by credit card. I understand the salon not supporting AMEX due to service fees. However, I have never been to a salon that does not take Master Card or Visa; or ion this case, charge me to use one of them. I decided to check in to see if the charge still applied. The owner said yes, only 45 cents. I told her that is why I stopped coming. It's not that 45 cents is a large charge, it's that I think it's wrong to charge the patron for the cost of doing business. She agreed to waive the fee and honor it going forward, for me. The mani and pedi were well done. A very relaxing experience for certain!

My mom and I dropped in on a busy Sunday wo an appt. Ken did my powder mani, Nancy did my Mom's regular mani. Both were awesome. More importantly, for the first time ever I was asked whether I wanted to do thick or thin for powder. I was gobsmacked. I said THIN! And guess what? They were exquisitely THIN, and shaped perfectly square. Thank you Ken and Nancy!

***Believe the reviews*** Thought I give this place a shot because my cousins nails looked nice when she got them done. Came in was seated right away. The work they did was below par. On top of that had to watch the manger yell at an employee because she felt she didn't set up a chair right. But her hands were full, and even the customer was like dude chill out it. I had my nails done there a week ago. Tips and dip powder. $60.00 and they are lumpy and look terrible. So now I'm going elsewhere to have another salon take off the dip and redo my nails. I will never go back. I'm giving 1 star but wish I could give a minus star! read more

I am a new Scottsdale resident for a year. There are plenty of nail salons in the area. I stumbled upon Pro Nails when picking up laundry. This is my second time visiting the salon ever though it is farther from where I live. The staff are courteous and friendly. The Salon is clean and the pedi chairs are very comfy. It is a calm environment and does not have blaring music which I appreciate. The gentleman providing my pedi services was very good and thorough. My heels were a mess and he took extra time to work on them. He was very meticulous in applying the polish and took the time to clean up any polish on my toe skin. Even though Pro Nails is not very close to my home, I will be driving the extra distance for the or professional services. read more

They are very rude have no customer service skills! I told him that I wanted the same color he had on prior which was a pinkish natural looking one she ended up doing a white cloud color and got upset with me because I didn't like the color it is her job as a nail tech for her clients to be happy so she has customers reoccurring customers and so she can get referred I went back two days later and she refused to fix my nail color my mother has been going there for about 3 to 4 years and stop going there after this incident that we had do not go there if you want bad customer service then go there read more

Went in for pedicure and could have done a better job myself. They didn't clean up the nailbed, sloppy polish job and 6 hours later you think it would be dry but still smudged. Waste of money read more

Mean and rude! If you don't agree with Nancy then you are WRONG no matter what. Plus I got yelled at in the middle of service regardless that there were other people I the room. I just wanted my top coat applied b4 getting pedi. Go there if you agree with whatever they say. But if you disagree be ready to be yelled at!!! Awful. I will never go back! ALSO I previously asked price for pedi. Was told 25.00. THEN when I came in I was told 25.00 is EXPRESS! OHHHH so that was never specified. Terrible biz philosophy. This is the worst nail salon I've ever been too. The first time I went with my friend, the lady cut my fingers and she charged my friend $55 for a simple fill (they told us on the phone it would be $40), and my friend just went back today and the lady refused to soak her nails and instead scraped her nails off with another acrylic nail piece and ended up taking off half of her nail bed and she said it was so painful snd bloody she got lightheaded. we'll never be going back and nobody else should go read more

Took a shot at this salon to get my gel manicure. The technician was focused and cleaned up my nails. The overall look was good, but within 5 days a couple of nails were chipping. I went back and they repaired the nails without charge, but made me feel as though it was my fault. I'll be trying other nail salons. read more

Very happy with this place!! The service was great. My BF and I stopped in on a Sunday, without an appointment. They helped us right away. I received a pedicure, and my GF was able to sit by me so we could chat. Which was very nice, since other places typically aren't this accommodating. Linda did my pedi, and did a great job. She corrected a pedicure from another local nail place, and was very sweet. They also do SNS nails, and have a large variety of colors. I'm glad we found this gem!! Especially since my BF and I aren't from AZ, and fly in from Seattle. read more

To be perfectly honest, this was by far the best pedicure I've had. That being said this was also the absolute worst wax experience I've had in 15 years of waxing. Not only was it completely unsanitary but I was burned multiple times, I asked to stop twice and she kept putting wax on me. I left with an insane amount of wax on me, leaving my skin stuck together and my clothes stuck to me. read more

If I could give this place a zero I would. Made an appointment for 530 and never got helped. Another customer had a 6 o'clock appointment and they assisted her at 6. They offered everyone else water except me. I would never recommend this place. Worst experience at a nail salon I've ever experienced read more

i've been here a few times, and two others have done and Okay job on my nails. But the last two times i went have literally sucked. I went yesterday, spent 50$ and each nail is a different shape. I'm so upset, and my toes look like I did them. My brother even asked me. Wish i could take my money back, take these off, and go somewhere else. read more

Can i just say - WEIRDEST EXPERIENCE EVER first of all - 3 hours for a pedicure ? we waited 45 mins with our feet in the water - WHEN WE HAD AN APPOINTMENT ! Taking a walk in before an appointment is NOT okay in my book. The old lady Vivian who did my pedicure was VERY nice - but alittle too old and crazy for my liking ! she would put the gel light on my toes and not turn it on! i reminded her like 3 times! btw - 35$ for a gel pedicure is not 40% off . thats normal price for any salon. if your going to promote a discount dont upcharge so much you make the money back.. on a high note - it was a very clean salon! read more

I absolutely love this place! It's organized, friendly and an outstanding service. I just got my nails done by tony and he did phenomenal! He took his time and made sure that my nails were exactly what i wanted! He made the best shape for my coffin tip nails and did an amazing job on my ombré color! Worst place ever!! Took over an hour to remove gel and add regular paint French tip. They are not the same length and they're smudgy. I highly do not recommend unless you want to pay over price bad nails. read more

Will not go back. Ken did my dip powder nails the first time, and I had to refile them when I got home. They were super thick and didn't block nice. I had a gal today, who kept drilling the old product off instead of allowing the product to dissolve the dip powder off. Her drilling hurt as she thinned down my real nails. Then she tells me I have thin nails - wonder why when she SHE drilled them down. After 5 coats of dip powder they are super thick and ugly read more

Terrible experience. The girl who did my nails was rushing and the shape is messed up, and the stickers are not where I wanted them. Plus she cut my finger near my nail and irritated it 3 times - ouch! Then a different man came over and asked if I wanted a hand massage, I said no, he still massaged, then he walked me to my car and asked if I had a boyfriend! So uncomfortable and unacceptable!! read more

I have been going to this salon for several years. The service is stellar. They are professional and friendly and have done an excellent job with my manicures, pedicures and my lashes. I went to another shop one day when Nancy was busy and I was so disappointed, this is the best nail salon in the area. read more

Me and my mom went here to get a mani pedi on an hour and a half time crunch, they got us out in one hour though. They did such an amazing job in my blue and green gels, they messed up, but before I put my hand under the light they noticed their mistake and fixed it. Also, they use an LED light instead of a black light. They also did a good job on our pedicures/back massages (included in the pedicure package). My mom got acylic nails that were done by the owner and she said it was the fastest and the best acrylics she has ever gotten. The owner and the workers were so nice and positive. By far the best manipedi I have ever received. read more

There are so many nail salons nearby to choose from. Pro Nails by Lynn is the very best choice by far. The salon is warm and inviting, spotlessly clean, with new chairs and amazing natural products. Lynn is a true professional and it's obvious she truly cares about her customers and staff. Everyone that works there is smiling, well trained and never in a hurry. If you go, ask for the Super Delux Pedi, it includes a lemon zest massage using real lemons! For the best technician, ask for Kim!! Overall, amazing! read more

I think this is probably the worst nail salon I've ever been to!…read more For starters, the man doing my nails cut me in several places. When I told him he was hurting me, he actually tested the grinder on himself as if he didn't believe me, then put it right back on my finger. I repeatedly told him that he was cutting my cuticles and causing pain. It wasn't until he saw the blood on my fingers that he finally apologized. The fact that he initially dismissed my concerns and acted as though I was exaggerating is absolutely unacceptable. The quality of the gel manicure was terrible. The shine wore off after about a day, and the gel was not applied smoothly, leaving my nails bumpy and uneven. They looked poorly done from the start. As for my toes, the polish lasted only about four hours before it started chipping and peeling off. I've attached photos showing the damage. To make matters worse, my mom received a manicure and pedicure during the same visit and experienced similar issues. Her nails began chipping within 24 hours, and I've attached photos of her nails as well. This salon is very expensive, yet the quality of service and workmanship was far below acceptable standards! Between being cut multiple times, having my concerns ignored, and receiving nail services that started failing almost immediately, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. Stay away!

From the moment you step into Lynn's salon you are greeted right away, rarely have to wait without an appointment, Lynn or her husband have a nail tech available to help and recommend a color for you, and the best part is the relaxing massage chairs that have a 1 time use plastic foot tray that is placed in the spa tub. I have never been to a place that had this before! Extremely clean and they don't use any harsh chemicals. All natural products. They stay up with the nail trends and have a great assortment of colors to choose from. I am hooked on the gel manicures and traditional pedicures. Only great experiences! read more

Lynn is the best! She did my nails for a couple of years before she even opened her own shop.... so when I found out she opened her own place naturally I followed her here! And I don't go anywhere else! Everytime I walk in the door appointment or not she makes sure I get taken care of and get exactly what I want and I know if I break a nail or get a smudge that I can come back in any time to get it fixed! I just moved from Chicago, IL to North Phoenix so i was looking for a new nail salon close to my house which is how i stumbled across Pro Nails! Walking in, the atmosphere is very nice and the workers are so friendly. Kevin did my nails (a full set of acrylics), and he was the best! I love the shape, length and sturdiness of my nails. Love this salon! Very clean and sanitary, using Organic pedicure products. Lynn does an amazing job on my nails! I'm always getting complements on them! The pedicure I got was fabulous! It was so relaxing and not rushed at all....and the longest leg and foot massage ever!!
