The Staff is full of very nice people, but unfortunately the quality of service I received did not equal the price I paid. I paid $80 for these nails, after showing the second photo as a reference. I am having issues attaching photos in Yelp, but hoping I'll be able to do so with this review. Every other salon I have visited in the greater Phoenix area has delivered on quality and was also more affordable. I wanted to branch out this time and try a new salon closer to where I live; unfortunately I will not be visiting again. I think this is a great spot if you are looking for a basic pedicure or regular/gel polish designs that are simple. I am happy to pay $80 for quality work, but this experience did not come close to matching that price. read more

I came in and got a removal of dip nails and regular manicure and they let me leave with residue from my previous purple nails underneath my clear coat and length on both sides not even matching. On top of this I was charged $30 for the service. When all I received was a removal and a clear coat that is this awful. read more

It was by chance that I tried Lynn's nails and Spa. I was in the area and needed to do my nails and the nail spa I used to go to was kinda out of the way so I decided to try my luck and look on Yelp for a nail spa in the area with good reviews. I found Lynn's and decided to give it a try. I walked in and they were very welcoming. I chose to do a mani and pedi. I loved that they use plastic liners for the pedi chair and they open up a clean pack of tools for every customer. In about a little over an hour, I was all done. The service was excellent, my nails were perfectly done and I felt very welcomed as a new customer I knew I would definitely be coming back again. 4 services later now and everything is always at its best here. It's always nice when the grandmother takes her granddaughters to do something bonding like getting their nails done! That is UNLESS your daughters come home unhappy because the over priced, less than exciting Scottsdale atmosphere nail salon royally messes their nails up. That has now been the experience not once, but twice. My mother has now paid $85 for her grand daughter's nails to be done and they're crooked, way too thick and unprofessional. I could have done a better job with a Dremel tool and some balsa wood. Why my mother thinks this place is decent I don't know, but we're done going to Lynn's for any reason. If you like having to have your nails re-done after spending $85, well you have more money than brains. Avoid at all costs! read more

What happened to this place? I made an appointment for a mani- pedi. Because I was having a French Manicure, I asked for gel nails with Diane ( who has previously done my nails). Long story short, the pedicure lacked a real foot massage and felt very hurried (not relaxing), the manicure was PAINFUL. She managed to draw blood from three of my five nails on my left hand. The apology was more like "oops" and then laughed about it!! She proceeded to tell me that I had "bad cuticles "! Really?...when I pay for a manicure and pedicure, call me crazy but I expect a professional to perform the service without drawing blood. My cuticles are so sore that it hurts to put them in water and my feet are in need of a real pedicure. I will not be going back and certainly would not recommend them to my friends. read more

So today after work I went to Lynns Nails Spa because my hands needed some TLC ! My hands were dry and my nails were splitting so bad I was so embarrassed I would hide my hands , so I got the courage to finally get them done and so happy I did because they look so beautiful! I did not make an appointment I was a walk in and they were so kind to fit me in , I did not wait long maybe 5min .when I walked in the first thing I noticed was the smell of a beautiful inviting aroma , it did not smell like a nail salon, they had relaxing massage chairs for pedicures , I hope to have next time .the Lady that did my nails was very kind and I told her I clean businesses for a living she said "I can tell you do " I noticed a lady sitting next to me ,she was getting her nails done and the technician was finishing her off with a hand massage and wow it must of felt great! So now I'm almost finished and the lady that was doing my nails, her name is Lily told me that the lady sitting next to me paid for my nails!!!! What!! $50! I could not believe it! She even paid the tip!!!! Wow what a day ! Lilly puts this amazing lotion on my tired hands and my hands felt so wonderful! I'm so thankful! Very nice salon. I walked in about 15 minutes before they opened today (Saturday morning) and they were accommodating. I was referred to Lynn's by a friend and specifically asked for Rose/Rosie. She was very nice and did a very nice mani-pedi (extra work since I've not tended to my feet for a few months.) Ive had a pedi there the guy that did it was more into chatting to others. Ok sure np i don't mind, but when getting callous remover and not watching where you're putting it that could be a problem. And to be honest at the time I didn't realize it myself I was just enjoying it. He use the scrub and all you put lotion on then and finished up I got home later and realize that my leg was starting to really burn so I looked and that I have raw skin no wonder it hurt but the next day I went back to show them and they called him over while he was with another lady doing another pedicure and so he still had his hands in the Bowl it comes to check it out while trying to touch that open raw skin not going to happen sorry that's just unsanitary and gross so needless to say I got me my refund and I will not go back just be careful with these people read more

Lynn's has the dubious distinction of being the place where I got the second worse mani/pedi of my life. (The worst pedicure coming at Lauren's in Boston where my foot was stabbed and I bled for 40 minutes...) While there was no bloodshed at Lynn's the manicure was awful! Every single nail on my finger bubbled to some degree, some to a really horrible degree. The pedicure started chipping after 5 days. I actually had to get another mani/pedi when I got to Vegas because this one was so horrible. It was definitely not worth the price. Be forewarned- their pedicures are pretty much a la carte and they only do cash tips. read more
