Usually I come with my sisters, and on the rare occasion one of us comes in without the other two they always ask where we are all at! Nail tech greet me really fast and ask me if we like to have anything to drink. I was told this is under new management. The decor is very bright and vibrant. Pedicure: I got my color removed and cubicle cut. The bowl was full of sea salt while I soak. After they put hot wax and on my feet in a bag and finish me with lotion and hot towels. Manicure: I had a French tip purple with some stick design, which they had alot of different ones. Alex did an amazing job. My daughter also had her eyebrow waxed and manicure to match me. I went here once years ago and didn't return. Then I saw they were under new management and decided to give them a try. I've been all over town to many different locations... and after 2nd and 3rd visits.. just disappointed. This is not the case at Pro Nails, now. The new owner is doing a wonderful job. The shop is bright, clean and calming. Staff is friendly, quickly attentive and helpful in great service. I've been going there steady for the last 6-8 months and now they are my spot. Came in with what I thought wasn't an overly complicated request, they said they couldn't do it so I got a more simple one and they agreed. Nail tech was friendly and gentle, never cut me or anything like that. The manicure itself was alright, wasn't as clean as I had hoped but it was basically what I asked for so I can't complain. I don't know what's up with all the horrible reviews for this place. Maybe they've stepped it up since because my experience was great. I'm really picky with nails and enjoyed the work they did and how I was treated. The man who did my set was very observant and when he noticed one wasn't right he re did it for me before I even asked. He took his time and paid a lot of attention to the work he was doing, then a very sweet young women painted them for me and she kept checking in with me to see if I was happy she joked with me about the show that was on and the whole experience was very comfortable and I left very happy plus their prices are great it was only 30$ for my full set. I will not be returning here. This was by far the worst pedicure I have ever received. Literally was done in 13 minutes. I was shocked. She didn't even put lotion on my legs/feet until we were done she realized she forgot then but some on my legs not even my feet. Then charged me $43 for a BASIC pedicure? I was like it's $27 I thought? Then she just started talking to fast I didn't understand. I was not happy with the pedicure what so ever & the paint job was not good. This was THE worst nail salon I've ever been to. Pedicure was OK for the $20 price..nothing special. But the shellac mani was a JOKE! After I got my pedicure done i sat down for my mani. The lady did absolutely nothing to my nails and proceeded to just paint them. I've gotten shellac done numerous time..so I get the process. This person did NOTHING! This was my first and last time I'll give this company any of my business. I walked in followed by 2 other people for pedicures. I set down to my feet being put into cool water and was left as the one girl started with the other 2 people first. The owner came and started my pedicure. I don't think he was very knowledgeable with the process. At that time the inspector came in and the mood really deteriorated. They couldn't explain verbally or visually show how they disinfect the feet tubs. The pedicure took about 10 minutes. Afterwards I needed my nails done. Their mood had taken a deeper downhill spiral by this time. I was denied the simple design and nail color of my choice. Finally, after playing musical chairs between the two of them, I was finished. I made a Yelp account just so I could talk about how awful this place is. I wish I could give it 0 stars. Worst customer service, I had about 3 people working on my nail and they would all come and do the same thing the last person did so basically they filed my nail down to nothing, didn't clean my nails up after filing them so they had pieces of nail and skin hanging off around the nail, didn't trim my cuticles and then painted over all of that, well tried to paint over all of that considering parts of my nails were missing polish in general. And, they started to paint them the WRONG COLOR and then got an attitude with me when j made them take it off and put the right color on!! Worst NAIL EXPERIENCE ever! THUMBS DOWN. My appt was rushed through even though I got there at 4:30 and left at 6:15 and had only received a terrible and painful pedicure. I'm not sure why it took so long because it looks like CRAP. I also needed a repair and wanted to do a VERY SIMPLE GLITTER OMBRE NAIL DESIGN ON MY NAILS with a polish change. I didn't even get my nails painted because she couldn't do or even attempt doing my nails because she had an appt after me that j believe had just got there. Um? Hello?!!! Why the hell would you accept me as a customer if you can't do what I want done?? Worst customer service. And here's the kicker.. When she "repaired" my one nail with a little acrylic I wanted Shallac because I had to go to work, (no pedi I have ever had designs and all has taken almost 2hrs, end of the day or not..) and she wanted me to switch chairs for some odd reason, maybe they only had one UV LIGHT BUT, I DID NOT KNOW THAT. I came here because my phone had died and I could not get to any Yelp reviews I wish I would have went home and charged my phone and looked on Yelp the lady was semi helpful when she did my nails she asked if I wanted sparkles on them which we agreed upon and then she never did it then when I got my white shalac it was very spotty looking and not very close to my cuticle my nails are very short due to me just stopping biting them and she filed off all of my nail that I have been working really hard to grow.
