Van and Heidi run a beautiful shop! They are professional, friendly, and so reasonable. You can call ahead, walk-in, or schedule a recurring appt. I have my regular pros (Van, Jenny, Mimi, and Kayla) but actually everyone is terrific. My whole family goes there, guys and gals. (The also know how to gently help w/ ingrown toenails if needed.) Nice experience with Kayla. Called before we arrived. Pedicure for my mom. There were maybe 3 clients in there when we arrived and at one point on time, almost all the chairs were full. Mostly walk ins. Clients also walked in making appointments. Will return. They have convenient hours. Busy center. Next to seven grams restaurant, closer to the Newport Blvd side. read more

I loved going to Pro Nail the other day! My husband came for his first pedicure and said he enjoyed the massage. I got a regular pedicure, gel X removal and a new set, and an eyebrow wax. Small little gem in OC that takes good care of their customers with great prices. I get a pedicure and a gel x set everytime with Andy. He has been doing my nails for the past few months and is talented with designs. I also have been in here for a wax and they are good too and won't rip you off like some will in OC!. read more

I have been coming here for almost 8 years at the referral of my sister, Liz. The walk-in or call ahead same day feature has always served me well as I have little pockets of time to do self-care. I've experienced most of the nail technicians here and the sister duo is usually my go to. They always accommodate except now with covid, I can no longer have my hands and feet done at the same time, doubling the duration. The mobile partition seems to be just for optics. So I've only been able to go once before they shut down personal care again. Can't wait for normalcy and common sense to come back and regulations be eased. read more

This nail place has been here forever. I have been buying gift certificates for friends and family here for well over 20 years. For the past 4-5 years, I have been coming in myself for the men's pedicure and leg massage package. I have a favorite person who does it, but I honestly don't want to put her name out there. I don't want her to be so booked out that she has no time for me anymore...lol. Sorry, I know that's selfish. But all of the women who do the pedicures are really good. You will find the person that fits you if you come in a couple of times and try different technicians. As a man, I never really saw or thought of the value of having a pedicure service done. If I had a hangnail or calluses on my feet, I would always go to the podiatrist. The podiatrist would ask about what hurt, do a quick visual on my feet and dig in to get the hangnail(s). A little antiseptic and a $50 co-pay and out the door I went. I get so much more here for less than my co-pay. My unnamed technician digs in, she soaks my feet and is really good at finding/removing hangnails. I don't even have to tell her; she locates them by feel. AND I get a complete pedicure, (No polish), a great 10-minute lower leg massage with 2 types of scrubs and finishes it up with lotion. FOR LESS THAN MY MEDICAL CO-PAY! The last time I went to my regular Doctor for my yearly checkup, even he noticed how good my feet and legs look at my age. When I told him the same thing as I have told you here, he just laughed and said to keep doing what I was doing because they were great. He asked, and I did give him the salon name and my techs name. Sorry again guys and gals. Their prices are very reasonable for what you get. They are quick and efficient. But they do not go so fast that you feel like they rushed to get through you. I always appreciate their service and quality of the job that they do. Be sure to make an appointment. If you do a walk-in, they may or may not be able to get to you right away. It can get busy because they are so popular. Well worth a try if you are looking for a place to go. Hope that helps someone who needs it. read more

They started to point me to a chair and then they said no, they were "busy" and to come back in an hour. I left. read more

I literally came here just to have my gel polish removed and I don't think the girl knew what she was doing. She tried scraping off the gel after only a short time of them sitting under the acetone. Normally the nail tech would reapply the acetone to soak a little longer, but instead she scraped it off and ruined my nail beds. I have huge gouges in my nail plate now. I thought a " professional" nail salon would do it correctly but apparently not. Now I have to wait for my nails to grow out completely. Would not recommend this place. read more

I came across this nail salon when I was on my way to Leslie's Pool. It was not that busy so I was able to do a walk-in. I chose the pedicure with callous removal. Honestly, the work was just okay. The callous removal was not very thorough. I felt they just wanted to do a quick, basic work with minimal efforts. If you are an elderly Caucasian woman, you may get a better treatment though. I noticed the female owner seemed to prefer these customer demographics. She was super friendly with them, approaching them one by one and chit-chatting with them. She did not even bother to say Hi to me nor make an eye contact while I was sitting in between these preferred customers. I will take my business somewhere else. read more

I'm not one to write these kind of reviews about nail salons or other businesses. But this one I simply could not let go. Yesterday my little sister went to Pro Nails in Tustin a day before her prom and told them what she wanted and this was the outcome. Unfinished/Lazy work. How dare you take advantage on a poor 17 year old girl who's getting ready for her prom! Ladies this nail tech did not push the cuticle back nor etched the nail plate and after application of the acrylic she DID NOT file the nails to shape. She immediately went to apply nail polish. My sister asked for square nails not DUCK feet nails. Pro Nails? They should changed their business name to Lazy Nails. Honestly I'm beyond shocked and disappointed/disgusted! 0 Stars for sure! I started getting dip nails about a year ago. I was referred by my sister who was referred by her friend. I've referred my boss at work and multiple friends there now too! Dip is only $30!!! I saw the owner my first time and then I saw Heidi...and I've been seeing Heidi ever since (ps. she's not superrr talkative). I've had the dip nails last 6 weeks once but mine typically last 3-4 weeks. I normally call same day and they can get me in no problem. All the women are so so nice and genuinely enjoy seeing you. The one star reviews here were from like 3 years ago so they don't compare now!!!! Probably new people?? They honestly did a good job with me. I came cause my mom got a gel manicure and it lasts soooooo long on her and she likes to clean with no gloves and they were STUCK ON HER. So I had to come and check them out. I loved there customer service. The don't talk while they are doing your nails but I like that because I always feel like they are talking poop about me when I go other places. They are so gentle and take care of literallt EACH THING. EACH FINGER I LOVED IT!!!! read more

Awesome. I got my nails done 2 plus weeks ago, and the polish still looks good. It obviously has minor chipping and my nails have grown out, but I can't believe it lasted this long. Go to Michelle lan (Last name might be spelled wrong- I just tried to remember the name on the certificate). It was $9 for a manicure. I tried to take pictures of their prices. Just in case my picture didn't work out, it is $23 for a set, $30 for gel. $14 for pedicure and $17 for spa pedicure. Definitely worth the $9. I actually thought the nail polishes were kind of cheap and had low expectations, but I can't believe it lasted this long. read more

While the price is affordable, I will not come back due to sanitary issues & incorrect methods they use. We made appts for 12 pm and my nails were not started until 12:45 pm. My nail tech (Michelle) was very nice and she does nails well, however, she used the nail grinder tool to clean my cuticles. My cuticles HURT for hours after my nails were done and weeks after the appt, I still have cut up cuticles and scabbing from the blood (pictures attached). I wish I had known in the moment that this method is not okay; it should have been a cuticle cutter. Once I got to my car and quickly googled that I found: Grinders are made for shaping hard artificial or natural nail surfaces, not living skin. Using a high-speed rotating bit on the delicate cuticle and the nail bed can easily cause painful skin tears, deep friction burns, and severe infections. These aren't correct practices used by this salon; they are taking the easy route to get it done quickly. Would not recommend. I would give them 1 star but Yelp removes those reviews easily so that's why I'm putting 2-stars.

Here for a long time this is probably the worst shaping I've ever gotten here. I could have done my own shaping better than that at home. Just ridiculous *** it was around 5-7 weeks since my last pedicure so my toes were not "really short" besides the big toe that broke. I added another picture to show that she was filing into my toe nails after cutting them super short as short as she could get them and made half of them round and tiny. She also cut the sides of the nails which you aren't supposed to do due to infection and hang nails. I asked her not to do this. there was no reason for her to cut the sides of my nails on one foot and not the other leaving with me with uneven toes. I appreciate the response but I feel that there should be an attempt to fix the situation instead of making excuses or insinuating that I'm making this up.

While the price is affordable, I will not come back due to sanitary issues & incorrect methods they use. We made appts for 12 pm and my nails were not started until 12:45 pm. My nail tech (Michelle) was very nice and she does nails well, however, she used the nail grinder tool to clean my cuticles. My cuticles HURT for hours after my nails were done and weeks after the appt, I still have cut up cuticles and scabbing from the blood (pictures attached). I wish I had known in the moment that this method is not okay; it should have been a cuticle cutter. Once I got to my car and quickly googled that I found: Grinders are made for shaping hard artificial or natural nail surfaces, not living skin. Using a high-speed rotating bit on the delicate cuticle and the nail bed can easily cause painful skin tears, deep friction burns, and severe infections. These aren't correct practices used by this salon; they are taking the easy route to get it done quickly. Would not recommend. I would give them 1 star but Yelp removes those reviews easily so that's why I'm putting 2-stars.

I have been coming to Pro Nails for a few months. Each time I come, Le the owner always remembers my name. She and her staff are very nice and attentive. The prices are very reasonable. I liked that they keep everything sanitized. They even use a liner for the pedicure spa, can't say the same for other salons nearby. They have a great selection of pedicure spa treatments.
