I came here often for a pedicure. They were fine. I recently broke a nail and made an appointment for a soak off. During which she continuously ripped my nails off w a nail tip. I reminded her 3 times during my service about soaking off and asked her to soak them instead. One hand was fine but when she got to the other and it hurt she still refused to soak my nails off, said i was "crying" and proceeded to rip through my real nails. I came in bc i broke ONE nail. It doesnt mean my nails are lifting to the point you can just take them off this way. Then to say im crying? After youre not even doing what i asked for in the first place? I asked for a soak off specifically to avoid further nail damage since acrylics are already harsh enough. I left before she completely finished. She refused to soak off my thumb nail, so i paid, and left. I wont be returning.

This spot is Amazing, Lynn does my lashes and has been doing them for the past 3mon. She does an amazing job! Her staff is super friendly and very attentive. I was a bit hesitant to try this spot out due to the reviews, but I went in for the first time and she right away asked if I wanted something to drink, as she was getting my drink she asked what it was I needed I told her what I wanted and explained how I wanted my lashes. She gave me my drink and and took me to the back. When she finished she gave me a mirror and I was surprised with the results due to the fact this place is very affordable! I keep going to her for my lashes I still have yet to try my nails. If your looking to get lashes look no further this is the spot!! P.S I won't give 5 stars yet due to the fact I still have yet to try my nails, lasI'll keep you posted on the nails. Ok ladies look no further for lashes and nails this is the spot !! I finally got my nails done! I love them Lynn did my nails and did an amazing job. I'm very picky, I like my nails thin and skinny, she did just that I only told her one time what I wanted and I didn't need to repeat myself. I have definitely found my nail and lash spot!

DO NOT COME HERE!!! Dangerous to your health!! After one lash extension session with Lynn my eyes swelled up like I had been punched in the face. My conditioned worsened over the weekend so much so that I had to call an emergency appointment with an eye doctor. He told me it was a reaction to the glue they used which is similar to crazy glue!!! I had to get prescription medicine/drops to help clear up my condition which he said will take 5-7 more days!!! I had to take off work b/c of this. I went back to Pro NailSpa Lash to show them what happened and to get my money back. I really thought they would be apologetic but instead they blamed me and refused to reimburse me for anything. What idiots. I have already reported them to Texas Licensing and Registration TDLR for a health violation. Oh and the regular manicure they did on me started to chip after one day!!! They are NOT GOOD at ANYTHING that's why they are cheap. You get what you pay for.

I had high hopes for this nail shop but they didn't quite deliver. I came for a pedi and full set. My pedicure was amazing. They had lots of choices on the kind of pedicure you would get. I got the Deluxe and it was just enough. My feet came out perfectly. My full set - no, no, no. I will say that I had very short nails to begin with and that may be why I have 3 nails that have already broken. Today is exactly 1 week away from when I originally got them done. The third nail broke today. The quality of my full set was not that great either. The nail tech used wayyy too much shellac and now I have puddles in my cuticle beds and that really wavy look. Ugh. On top of that, my nails were done while getting a pedicure and the shellac kept sticking to the towel so I have little lent pieces stuck in my nail, which the tech just painted over. Yep. I tried to like my nails but today when my nail broke and I actually looked at them, I told myself I will likely not go back. They have mimosas and wine so it hurts me not to go back lol oh well. In the pic you can see the quality of painting job it was and on my thumb can see where the lint was painted over. It's not smooth.

The service it self is great, the people are nice but I was not happy with my nails. The gel polish was see through, there was space between the nail and my cuticle that should have had not only acrylic buy polish. As nice as they were and pretty as the space is, I doubt I'll be back for a nail job. Pedicure was great though!

This past Sunday, I called to see if they had any appointments and the lady was so kind and they were able to fit me in right away. I have never gotten tips as I never really get long nails, but the tech convinced me and I LOVE IT. She took her time making sure all my nails were even and I loved the shape she did on my nails. Overall good experience.My nails look pretty in the shape is nice it was affordable.. no extra charge for a normal shape, Unlike the Majority of places. Only complain is they were a little too rough on my cuticles I have a few cuts.

Not very pleased with my pedicure. The salon is cheap, it's quiet no music or tv. The color selection is horrible! The 2 colors I settled for, were out. I do not recommend if you are particular about color! The color I chose was suppose a"neon green" and after one nail I HAD TO TELL THE LADY to put a white layer to make it brighter. Hate the color. The pedi was plan. $30 and didn't even massage my feet and get all my callus!!! half ass and soft massage. Like she was touching my calves with lotion on her hands. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. I have to go somewhere else to get the color I want. gave 2 starts Bc shape is decent. I get a pedi 2x a month and this is why I hate trying new places!!!!

This was my second visit to Pro Nailspa Lash and it was wonderful. The service is excellent, they treat you better than family. They're very professional and detailed with their work! I love my nails and my little girls nails. Phenomenal job guys! I can't wait to Go back in two weeks. They also serve mimosas and soda/water!

Since Lynn opened her doors in 2017, I have been a regular customer. I get pedicures, nail dips and eyebrow waxing. There is no reason for me to go anywhere else for nail services. I always get great service no matter which tech takes care of me. I use a walker and all the nail technicians are helpful with getting me in and out of the pedicure chair. I usually get a fairly conservative dip and color but last Friday I decided to get a bit fancy for Valentine's Day. I have included a photo. Now I think I will stay fancy and have Lynn do a holiday or seasonal art on my fingernails. If you are looking for a clean, reliable and talented nail shop, I would definitely recommend Lynn and her team!

Me and my best friend decide to get our nails yesterday because we wanted to try someone new. When walked in someone greeted us right away. Proving a great customer service is a great start. I had to wait a little bit because there was no one but I understand because they were busy. Plus my friend was doing her feet. They offer water/wine/soda etc. they also give you refills as well. They would try to build conversation with you & that's good. My nails did not come out the way I showed but at least the owner took her time and they came out good as well. They are offering 20% off services & they are barely open. Try them out , they are very sweet!

I just moved too the area, and noticed the beautiful nail salon from across the street. When I first walked in, it was very relaxing and I felt really welcome. The owner was so sweet, and offered a complimentary drink. I got a full set and loved it. Took maybe 30 minutes, shorter time than any other salon, which is great! I'll be back for sure!!! read more

This is my new favorite. I do not live close, but I was referred by someone who has been in the nail industry for over 20 years. Lynn does an excellent job with my nails. I cannot grow very long, my nails naturally grow up which makes him break very easily. Here, my nails did not break easily, and I can have a little fun with color. I am soooo pleased with my shellac manicure that Tan did today. He was very meticulous and detail-oriented. I asked for a red and silver glittery ombré and it looks AMAZING!!! --- even better than I anticipated. All the staff that I encountered were very personable and friendly. I am soooo picky about who does my nails, and The owner of this salon is the only person I will let touch them. I'm very hard on my nails and I have to get acrylic. Lynn does them SUPER thin and shaped exactly how you want!! They look like my real nails. I'm obsessed. read more

I love this nail salon.... most importantly it is CLEAN! Not only is the salon clean, but I always see the nail technicians washing their hands between guests. The customer service is amazing, everyone there is so nice and welcoming. They are genuinely happy to see you. My favorite technician is Tina. She always does my nails perfect. I also get my lashes done. I just started getting lash extensions two months ago, this is the only place I have tried, so can't compare it to other places, but I am happy with them. I asked to make sure they are natural, but still long and full. My lashes are exactly what I asked for. read more

Found this nail shop after the covid lock down. Once Neil shops opened it was hard to get an appointment anywhere, they called me straight back and told me to get ready and they would call me if they got an opening, sure enough 15 minutes later I was in my way to get my nails done!! I'm sitting here getting a refill now and these employees are amazing!! So glad I found this new nail shop!! read more

They did a really good job on my pedicure. The Place is clean and I love how separated the chairs are. The side note is they have a TON of color options. The only negative was that the lady who was doing my feet and another lady doing another girls feet kept laughing and speaking Vietnamese.. The other customer even asked what is so funny.. kinda awkward. read more

Pedicure was the worst I have ever had in my life. technicians did not massage my feet and they seemed really tired kept looking at the ceiling or the walls instead of making me comfortable. I really don't think this place is sterile nor the utensils they use on people for the nail service. The man in the front kept taking his mask off who works here and didn't wear gloves. read more

She killed my full set In half the time other places take to do spotty work they were absolutely and her and the man that runs the front counter are the sweetest people not only did they cater to me they also made sure my fiancé who was waiting on me was comfortable. I started going to them when they first opened and came back months later because I loved how Tan did my nails. Shaped perfectly and THIN not chunky like most nail techs do them. I had a new nail tech today, and I already knew she was going to mess them up with how many beads of acrylic she layered onto my nails.. I've never had someone put 3-5 beads of acrylic onto my nail which resulted to making them super chunky. When I asked if she could make them thinner she told me it was so they don't break.. I'm paying for the service, especially $45 at that should have been able to at least do what I wanted. I'm not happy with my nails, they're so ugly and definitely not worth how much I paid. I knew I should have just made the drive to Evon nail spa and got them done there. Never going back. Came in at 6pm exactly and left at 7:20pm because she took so long. read more

I got jipped, and the only thing that will make me feel better is if I prevent the same thing from happening to you. Arrived for a pedicure and was seated in a spa chair. Waited a very long time. Just as I got up to leave, they said they were ready to do the pedicure. They rushed through the service and didn't even give me an option of what kind of pedicure to get. They just gave me the most basic one and said if I wanted something better I'd have to come back another day. Also, Law and Order was blaring on the TV the whole time. I get pedicures to relax, and this was NOT relaxing. read more

This is not my first time here , but today I decided to come in with my bestfriend to get pedis. When we first arrived were greeted and told to pick a color. While picking our color were rushed. (Picking a color is a process, please don't rush me ) I sit after picking my color and the water was burning hot so I told her, she changed the water and told me put my feet in. The water was still burning hot so I took my feet out, she insisted that I put my feet back in even though the water was still too hot for me. After the water cooled down I put in water and she goes to help someone else , without communicating with me what is going on she starts helping someone else who supposedly had an appt ( that is fine but please communicate that with the customer). They tired to force my feet back in the water after I told them that I'm not getting my feet done. I'm sure I will not be back because customer service is key. read more

I came here on a Saturday the polish I use was draining she re did it 3 times as I left still drain I live 45 minutes away so I call she say she stated she don't remember me today is 3 day and 4 nails then came of this is worst nail shop I've ever been too my money is down the drain and wasn't offer a refund read more

There's no rushing you from station to station to get you out the door. My nails curve naturally and they take time to shape and protect them from breaking. My natural nails are super long and strong--people always ask if they're fake! The products they use don't leave dips in my nails and my nails are so protected that they survive at least a month of daily typing, furniture assembly, and playing with my energetic dog. The designs and care they've done for me over the years have been amazing, and I always leave (and return) happy. Highly recommend! All pictures are of my natural nails.
