My first call was to a company closer to where my vehicle became disabled. They have an automated answering service, which gave me the opportunity to speak to a live operator. They took my information and said they would locate a tow truck. I waited on the phone for 10 minutes and never heard back from them so I finally hung up. I then called Chima's. The gentleman who answered the phone was very friendly. He asked me all the necessary questions, where the vehicle was located (he knew the exact spot) and where it was to be towed to. He said they had a truck available and it would be to me within 30 minutes. Rick arrived in less than 25 minutes! He was friendly and efficient. He loaded my vehicle and we were off. We had an enjoyable conversation all the way to my home. Rick offloaded my vehicle. He was professional, courteous, and friendly. And their price was $75 less than the first tow company I called. The beginning of the next week I will need to have the vehicle towed to the dealer. I told Rick I would be Chima's to have them tow the vehicle because of the excellent experience I had with them.
