Pro Pizza is my favorite pizza place. I moved to the South Lyon area 10 years ago and my family has had A LOT of Pro Pizza. Let me tell you what's good because I've been looking at some of the reviews, and I feel bad that their reviews are based on the ceasar salad. Okay, first off, the salads are decent. They've got "the good" Ranch. But if you Just want a salad, Alekos is just a little further south. You should order the Round pizza. I'm partial to pepperoni, but toppings are up to you. This is my favorite "All Around" pizza. This is a pizza I can order every friday night and be happy. Bread sticks are above average (my wife loves the breadsticks. I think Alekos is slightly better) That's my typical meal. Pizza, Salad, Breadsticks. However. If I'm not in the mood for pizza, I definitely recommend the broasted chicken, the fish dinner, and the shrimp dinner. The chicken is top notch. I've only recently discovered the fish and shrimp dinners, but my wife and I have ordered them twice this month. You can't beat a good fried dinner with cole slaw, wedges, and bread sticks. I've also had the bbq ribs. The ribs are way better than your average pizza joint, but I'm picky about my ribs. So if I'm gonna get bbq, I usually go to a bbq place. Most things are really good, a couple of things are just average. But Pro Pizza definitely deserves your business. read more

Very kind and thoughtful staff, they handled my specific order request perfectly! It's nice to find a business with actual human beings working behind the counter, a rare sight indeed. A young silver haired woman who's name I regrettably did not ask took care of me. The pizza was picturesque, like something you would see in the live action Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movies from the 1990's. You know the one, it's what comes to mind if you're in your mid thirties and the pizza cravings are beckoning. There is no higher compliment that could be paid to a pizza. The food here is excellent. The employees are very friendly but they frequently mess up the order. I called in an order for takeout and I asked the young ladt to read the order back to me after I explained to her that my order is sometimes wrong. She said "no I got it". My mistake for trusting her because the order was wrong again. I called back to make them aware of the mistake and the same person hung up on me. So just a word of advice. The food is great but make sure they repeat your order back to you. read more

Awful. More like 0 stars. Got a pizza about a month ago. It came ice cold. Figured I'd give a second chance tonight. Estimated delivery was 60 mins. It showed up in 90 mins. Pizza was ice cold and rubbery. We also ordered the chocolate chip cookie. Of course it was charred and inedible. See the picture. They offered a pizza credit when I called, I just don't know if giving this place another chance is worth the insult. read more

A few people we know RAVE about their pizza so we decided to finally try it. They just moved to a new location but looked settled in. We ordered the deep dish pizza, bread sticks with garlic dip and a medium round pizza. The pizza was ok, nothing stood out at all even though it looked really good. The taste was not terrible, but not memorable either. The breadsticks were super thick and heavy, I expected them to be more fluffy and light. The garlic dip was the only really delicious thing we got. We probably won't order again, they weren't particularly friendly nor was the pizza really good. read more

Wimpy overpriced Caesar salad. With about 6 tiny pieces of chicken, no croutons as advertised. Salad I ordered was made wrong, ask young girl at front to fix it and all she did was scrape topping I did not want, off with her hands. Very boring and not worth the money. This is my personal favorite pizza in South Lyon; the pepperoni is thin and gets a bit crispy the way I like it. The bread sticks are also very good. I've seen people complain about the service ... I am torn about this place. Ive tried it a couple times now. Once I got pizza and this last time boasted chicken. The pizza was just ok. The chicken was really good. The service both times was horrible. The chicken took almost an hour. Both times it seem like I was bother them by ordering food from their business that makes food. What annoys me about this place is that I really wanted to use them for catering for parties. But I do not believe they are capable of that task based on my experiences. read more

This place is amazing! Everything about it is good the food, delivery time and especially the broasted chicken. I always order this place and me and my husband enjoy it every time. The owner is a very nice and the employees are also very funny and nice. Tried this place for the first time ever tonight. It's been 7 weeks since I had pizza, I had given it up for lent, so tonight I thought I would give the local guy a shot. Ordered a LG cheese pizza and Breadsticks, had them delivered. Took over an hour to get here.(they did say 45min-1hr). Pizza got here it was cold, breadsticks are like rubber. Don't know if this is the norm here, but I don't think I will be ordering from here anymore. read more

The last time I ordered, the delivery took an hour and a half to get to my house. Which is less than a half mile away. The pizza was cold, the chicken cold and over cooked. Called the store and was promised a replacement the next time we ordered. However they only honored half the order replaced, because a lazy employee didn't write it all down. Pepperoni pizzas: solid, good crust with sesame garlic seasoning Cheesy bread: greasy and tasty as you'd expect Asian chili wings: solid! Love the flavor, slightly sweet and spicy Breadsticks with cheese dip: the cheese dip was basically just cream cheese; wasn't impressed by the dip but the breadsticks were greasy and good. I like the simple pizza pricing - $6.50 for cheese, $1.5 for each additional topping unless you get some kind of meal deal. I wanted to like this place but every time I ordered, I got attitude, bad attitude. First it was you want spaghetti?! And have it delivered? Yes, I said. It's on the menu. They don't even deserve a star. The food was alright, just cold, and the customer service was absolutely horrible. Our food was 1.5 hours late, and we called to check on the status of our order. The manager said the driver would be there within the minute. After 10 minutes, the driver calls us and says it'll still be another 5 minutes. We called back and asked the manager if there was anything she could do since it took so long. She couldn't do anything that we thought was sufficient enough to have pro pizza again, so we called and spoke with the store owner about it. They were very rude and didn't understand why we were upset, and why we will NEVER order from here again. Don't waste your time either. read more

I have lived in SL for over a year now, and we always get our pizza and boneless wings from pros. We love the boneless wings, however we've never had a worse customer service experience in our lives. I work in a restaurant, one that is popular for its wings and I still prefer Pros. But, they've lost my business. I ordered my usual bbq boneless wings, the girl taking my order asked me what increment I would like, Ive never been asked this before so I was confused. I told the girl, I would take 25 since that was one of the options she gave me. Come to find out after I got home I had been given traditional wings,I know I should've checked my order before I left but I've been ordering for over a year and they've never messed up. I called back to tell them they mistaken my order, the girl apologized and said that the girl who had taken my order was new and in training and took my order incorrectly. She placed me on hold spoke with a manager I would assume, she came back to tell me I could come back right then and get new wings or I could be credited for the 25 wings and was given a number to use the next time I placed an order. About a week later I placed the order for my credit of wings, I was reassured by the girl taking my order that I was in fact getting 25 BONELESS wings. When my boyfriend picked up the order they told him the largest increment was 18 so that was all I was getting, claimed they tried calling me back but I never received a phone call. When I called to speak with the manager he said if I wanted 25 wings that I would have to pay for them and that I shouldn't have been told they could make that amount even though they were fixing their mistake in the first place. I asked to speak to someone else because I was very upset with how rude he was towards me. He said I could talk to the owner, but was unable to provide any information such as their names but only a 8 hour time frame of when they MIGHT be in the store. I called back on that day during my lunch break, they were unavailable or not in the store the girl was unsure and took a message, my phone call was never returned. I have never had an issue with this place in over a year and I am sad that I don't want to do business with them anymore. The manager was very unprofessional and there are to many highschool aged kids running the place on any given time I've gone in to pick up an order. read more
